Welcome to THE BEACHHOUSE! We designed our new 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath beach home with a reverse plan layout, perfect for vacationing and entertaining with family.

The living room, dining area, kitchen, island & bar along with our king master ensuite are all on the top floor. With over 400 square feet of top floor deck you will enjoy sunrise over the Gulf of Mexico and sunset over West Bay.

On the first floor there are two queen master ensuites and two additional bedrooms sharing a full bath, all with access to a large wrap around, covered morning deck.
Our ensuite king master has a 50 inch smart HD TV with a door that opens to the large deck with views of the Gulf of Mexico. The two ensuite queen masters give you the comfort & privacy of a luxury resort. We have tried to include the niceties of your home in our beach home with granite counter tops, large walk-in showers & plenty of closet storage.

The fully equipped kitchen comes complete with Frigidaire Professional appliances, granite counter tops, large pantry and plenty of areas for socializing. The large granite top island will comfortably seat five, while the dining table with two extensions will seat ten comfortably and the bar is close by.

The living room is a great room for comfortable conversation, listening to your favorite music, watching TV on the 65 inch HD 4K smart TV with included XFINITY programming... or simply enjoying a good book on one of the comfortable sofas.

The house has an interior stairway to the second and third floors and an exterior stairway has access to the first-floor deck.

The ground floor is a great gathering place for BBQing, games & socializing. We have available for your use a large Weber BBQ, propane included.

Included with your rental is our Club Car 5 passenger golf cart making trips to the beach a breeze for you and your family to use responsibly during your stay at no charge.

We are family friendly. We do not accept vacationing students, noisy groups or events on site.

You must be 30 in years or older. Sorry, but no pets, no smoking, and no motor homes. Low key, respectful guests only, as Pirates Beach is a nice quiet upscale beach community.

Just bring your flip flops and beach towels. THEN ENJOY!!

We had a great time! House had everything you need to enjoy your stay. Close to the beach and a golf cart made it easy to enjoy the beach. Not too far from town like some others we stayed at. Throughly enjoyed our time as a family there. Only concern was a personal one in that I have limited mobility and it’s a lot of stairs.

Well stocked, lots of room, close to beach, but disappointed in communication

The house was well stocked with a ton of space. However, we booked this house specifically for the fact that it had 2 golf carts since we had 2 families staying. But when we arrived, we discovered there was only one. We did not have prior communication that there would only be one nor any other accommodations offered. When we reached out, the owner explained that one was being repaired. The bedrooms are a little warm at night, but they do have portable fans which helped some. Other than rhat, the place was great for our large group and very clean

Everything's included

Nice for vacation with 2 daughters, their husbands and 3 grandkids. We liked having a bed and bath for each couple. The kids loved the bunks and the little one had his own space in the den. Anything you might want for kids, you'll find it here. It's the best stocked place we've stayed at. We also liked how much seating there is in both the living room and the dining area. The golf carts made it easy to get all of us and our gear to the beach and the beach and the neighborhood were very nice.We were disappointed that we could not use the lift because we were told that it was not working. It was a lot of work getting everything to the top floor.

perfect beach house

My husband and I rented the house for our 3 adult daughters, their husbands and 6 grandchildren to join us at the beach for a weekend. The house was perfect with en-suite bathrooms for all adults bedrooms. Kitchen was well stocked. House was very clean and guest ready. We had a couple hiccups but we were well taken care of and everything possible was done to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The house is well decorated~~clean and bright and not overdone so even when we were in the house it was relaxing. The golf carts were perfect for getting to the beach and house is well stocked with beach chairs, toys, and even an ice chest or two. Could not have asked for anything more. We make this trip once a year at least~~this is the first house that all guests commented on. Will definitely stay here again. And the owners were so accommodating to make our time spent there as perfect as possible!!

Great house with wonderful amenities. The cargo lift and golf carts make unloading luggage/supplies. The house was perfect for our large family ages 2-76. Plenty of room for games, visiting and sleeping. Will be back!!

This house was perfect for multiple families with children. The house is very child friendly:pack’n plays, high chairs, children’s plates and utensils. Cup-de-sac was quiet. The 2 golf carts were wonderful! And the crate elevator was so helpful!! Would highly recommend!!

Beautiful house, almost right next to the beach

This house is solid, very tastefully appointed, 100% comfortable. I just wish I had wings; then I could enjoy that the house is only the width of a block from the water. But, if you like to walk to the beach, you have to go around 8 blocks to get there. Yes, the owners provide 2 golf carts for getting there, but, if your favorite thing is to stroll from the house in the morning straight to the beach, this is not quite the house. (No, cutting through other people’s property & breezeways not encouraged in Texas; also, a boggy, overgrown bit between cul de sacs should not be traversed barefoot 
 not on the Gulf Coast. Otherwise, it was fantastically lovely and if you Like golf carts, this place will be perfect for you.

Overall a wonderful stay!

Very clean and great layout for 3 families with kids. Everything was pretty comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We could not see the beach from our porch, but it looked from pictures on the site that you could. Location was overall great though. Only complaint- a couple nails sticking out in the stairs- definitely a safety hazard that can easily be fixed. We were bummed that the golf carts were uncharged when we arrived, but enjoyed using them the following day.
