This beautiful beachfront home is nestled in cozy 'Sea Isle' which is approximately 25 minutes from Galveston. You will have easy access to the restaurants and attractions Galveston offers while enjoying a more private feel at the beach and incredible ocean views from the home.
The home is professionally managed and well-stocked so you can pack light, rest easy, and fully enjoy your vacation.
THE HOME
Appropriately named “Surfside” for its closeness to the water, this is the perfect setting for a great beach vacation. The charm of this oceanfront home begins with a unique and unforgettable exterior design. Inside, the main living area opens with high ceilings and a wall of windows providing natural light and breathtaking ocean views. An upper-level deck wraps around the beachside of the house for an outdoor vantage point with a 180-degree view of the beach and ocean.
From the backyard, take the private path through the dunes for a short walk to one of the best beaches that Galveston has to offer. Easily take breaks throughout the day to cool off at the house or enjoy a meal with your group. The open floor plan at the house allows you to take in the beautiful ocean views from the family room, dining, or kitchen and never feel secluded from the action.
BEDROOMS
The master bedroom is located on the main level and features a king bed, flat screen TV, dresser, and ample closet space. Bedroom 2 located upstairs features a queen bed. Bedroom 3, also upstairs, features one set of single size bunk beds and one twin size bed. Bathroom 1 on main level features a shower/tub combination. Bathroom 2 located upstairs features a walk-in shower.
DURING YOUR STAY
Upon your arrival, use the upper-level wrap-around deck on the beachside of the house to access the front door. The front door is equipped with a keyless entry system so you can simply type in your code to enter the home. This makes for a simple and convenient check-in process.
Grab some beach toys from the lower patio and take a short walk using the private path to the beach directly in front of the home. Hang out with your group on the beach building sandcastles, surfing on boogie boards, or just relax on the beach. Easily come back to the house throughout the day to grab a snack or rest. There is a private outdoor shower conveniently located on the lower patio to rinse off the beach before coming in. The lower patio also provides excellent shade during the hottest times of the day and features a charcoal grille for burgers or steaks. Outdoor seating is provided on both the upper deck and lower patio. This home makes for a quintessential beach house vacation!
BEACH ACCESSORIES STOCKED AT THE PROPERTY
The home is stocked with beach items to enhance your experience and reduce the number of items you need to purchase and pack for your trip. These items typically include boogie boards, sandcastle toys, beach umbrellas, etc. Due to the nature of beach items, we are unable to guarantee all items are available or in pristine condition. Although we restock these items on an ongoing basis, they are used by guests and do incur wear.
Need beach chairs, a beach canopy, or a golf cart during your stay? We have a local company that rents these items. They can deliver these items and pick them up at a reasonable rate. Their contact information is listed under 'Local Rentals' in the Local Guide section of our guest app which is made available upon booking your reservation.
GUEST APP
Each guest receives access to our user-friendly guest app which is tailored to the specific details of this home. Our guest app will help you easily prepare for your trip and get the most out of your stay.
PETS
This is a pet-friendly property! We allow 1-2 dogs depending on size. 2 dogs are permitted if both dogs are under 20 lbs. No dogs over 40 lbs are permitted at the home. Cats or any other animals are not allowed. When completing your reservation, please be sure to check 'Pets' when selecting number of guests. There is a $100 non-refundable pet fee that will be applied to your reservation. Failure to notify us that you are bringing a pet may result in immediate expulsion from the property without refund or a $200 penalty fee in addition to the pet fee. Please see our house rules below for additional information or inquire with us directly.
*Guests are still expected to clean up after their pets. Please remove any pet waste from the yard or excessive pet hair in the home prior to departure. This is not included in the cleaning fee and may create additional fees if additional cleaning is required.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Checking in and out is a stress-free and seamless process! You will receive a home access code 24 hours prior to your arrival which will provide you direct access to the home.
You may check-in any time after 4PM on your arrival date. Please do not request an early check-in time as we are unable to provide early check-ins. If you arrive to the island prior to 4PM, please utilize our guest app to find one of the many restaurants or attractions Galveston has to offer. These locations can serve as an excellent meeting place for members in your group and a fun way to start your trip.
Check-out time is 11AM on your departure date. Please adhere to this departure time so that our staff has adequate time to prepare the home for the next guest. Late guest departure from the home may result in additional fees.
STOCKED ITEMS
This home is well stocked starting with a kitchen that has just about everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals. Just bring your favorite ingredients! All beds are made prior to your arrival with clean sheets. Freshly laundered hand, bath, and beach towels are provided. You will also find the home is stocked with a starter kit including necessities such as coffee, paper towels, and toilet paper. These items are intended to make your initial arrival comfortable before having the chance to go shopping. You may need to purchase additional supplies depending on the length of your stay and the size of your group.
NEIGHBORHOOD AMENITIES
While staying at Beachfront Charm, you will have access to all the great amenities that Sea Isle has to offer. Within the neighborhood, nearby West End Marina features a restaurant, bar, store, and bait shop. Just across the street you can easily drop by Sea Isle Supermarket which offers a wide variety of items. As our guest, you will also have access to the neighborhood tennis courts and fishing pier. The pier is located on the bay side of the island and is an excellent spot to spend time with your group fishing or even catching crabs together. Additional details are provided in our guest app. The community pool is also available for guest use with an additional fee. Pool hours and fees can vary depending on the dates of your reservation. HOUSE RULES
Early Check-ins: We are unable to accommodate early check-ins due to the complications this causes for our cleaning staff.
Age Requirements: All guests must be over the age of 25 unless accompanied by their parent or legal guardian throughout their entire stay.
Quiet hours: We ask that our guests please be respectful of neighbors by keeping noise to reasonable levels between the hours of 8pm to 8am.
