Great place to stay!

We had a wonderful week at the house. The house was nicely decorated, very clean, and well-equipped. The walk to the beach wasn't bad, and the neighborhood was great. Loved the location. There were a couple of issues that need to be addressed...1. When we arrived, the cleaning staff was still there when it was time for us to check in. We had to wait another 40 minutes to get in. No, it wasn't the end of the world, but we were told the office would call us and no one ever did once we reached out to Vacasa. 2. The door locks/handles were a nightmare. Trying to unlock/lock any door to the outside was impossible. In fact, the door handle on the door to the upper deck on the outside completely fell off which was concerning especially if we were all outside. 3. The winding staircase inside was so horribly loud whenever someone walked up and down it. You woke the whole house if you wanted to go up or downstairs. There was an elevator, but no available for use which I get, but honestly a big problem with my elderly part of my family. 4. Finally, I think the house is having some electrical issues. We would try to turn on lights upstairs, and they wouldn't turn on. Light were flickering upstairs while we were watching tv. Plugs in the kitchen wouldn't work. So, absolutely beautiful house, and honestly I would not mind staying there again. There are just a few issues that need to be addressed I believe. Thank you.

Amazing family vacation

The house was neat and clean. It’s just down the block from the beach it’s so close that my wife who’s 6 months pregnant did not have an issue with the walk. The three bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for my family of five. There isn’t anything negative I could say Baathist house. We loved it and would definitely make it a go to family vacation destination.

Beautiful property and location

Gorgeous, clean and comfortable property. Super well stocked for families-the beach wagon and all the toys were perfect! Only problem was shower head in master didn’t work.

Great location, difficult check in

Power was knocked out on the first night’s stay from check in forward. Issue was resolved after a few hours. It was definitely hot with no AC in a Texas summer and communication was difficult at first with the mgmt group while trying to find resolution. Upon resolution, communication was swifter and we were checked in on. The house itself was great (Stay and location). Definitely recommend stocking up on basics: toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap as the house had enough for 1 night. Plenty of room and a gorgeous home. Would recommend this house to anyone trying to get away. Bonus: wonderful neighbors.

Great property

Well stocked kitchen & beach gear! Good quality furniture and linens. Good distance from beach and the wagon made getting beach gear back and forth pretty easy. One very minor thing - Would have liked to have know coffee was Kcups in the property description.
