Chulavista is a charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom beach retreat in Galveston, Texas, perfect for a short-term getaway. After a day at the beach, enjoy family time in the living room or prepare a meal for the group in the fully stocked kitchen. With 2 full bathrooms in each bedroom, there is plenty of privacy and space to prepare for your beach day or adventure to the east end of Galveston with endless restaurants, shops, and entertainment!

● Location: Bay Harbor beach community of Galveston, Texas

● Beach Access: A quick 2-minute drive from Terramar Beach and 5 minutes from the beach in Sea Isle.

● Rent Beach Box: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 2 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Parking: There is room for 4 cars on the driveway. No street parking.

Welcome to Chulavista! This beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom beach retreat in Galveston, Texas, is perfect for your next family getaway. Head up the stair to the main level up to the spacious deck and the entry of the home. Inside, you’ll love the open-concept, beautifully decorated living space with a comfy sleeper sofa perfect for relaxing. There’s a flat-screen TV, and the kitchen is fully equipped and ready to prepare your family vacation meals.

On one side of the living room, you`ll find bedroom 1, which features a comfortable queen bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2, located on the opposite side of the living room, also offers a queen bed and en-suite bathroom. This layout allows for optimal privacy and functionality for preparing for those sun filled beach days or excursions to all of the wonderful sights and locations Galveston has to offer.

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

House rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 12 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
