Club Paradise Beach Condo-Top Floor, Ocean View, King Bed, Pet Friendly

Enjoy the sound of the waves from the Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony or even better walk across the street and stroll along the seawall. This newly renovated 1 bedroom condo sleeps 5 with a king size bed, twin across from the master bedroom and pullout queen sofa.

The living room has a brand new sofa with a queen pullout bed and 50" Fire TV.

The Master bedroom boasts a new king size bed and TV with Fire TV.

The Maravilla has 3 pools plus a hot tub that you can enjoy. Plus it also has a fitness facility. A laundry room is available as well.

The Maravilla is a pet friendly complex. Limit for this condo is 2 dogs at less then 20 lbs. Just add pet to your reservation and a small fee will be added that applies to your entire stay. You can send me a message regarding dogs larger than 20 lbs for approval before you stay.

Covered parking as well as additional parking is available. Parking is $10 per day per vehicle and must be purchased at the Maravilla office when you arrive. This amount can be paid online as well prior to your stay (details will be sent prior to your arrival).

Access to the Gulf of Mexico is directly across the street. Within 5 minutes walking distance is Jimmy's on the Pier Restaurant, go karts, and mini golf.

We stayed here for 2 weeks. We enjoyed our stay. The tv has plenty of apps to watch movies. Loved the different coffee making options. There is 2 pool areas with grills one you can see from the balcony. Loved the outdoor showers to rinse after the beach. Absolutely loved the pet park, and pet showers to rinse him after the beach, the water was warm. Love the view from this unit. They had comfy patio chairs. The bathroom is big. I Would recommend and return for another stay.

Had an amazing time, the condo was as described and the amenities were great. Loved the multiple pools and spa. Cleanliness of unit left a lot to be desired. We found used ear plugs in the twin bed, trash under the king, and debris in the shower and on the windows. Given you pay a 125 cleaning fee from the start I had expected a little bit more. There also was no comforter/blanket for the pull out bed in the living room. Only two fitted sheets and two pillows. Purchasing a cheap comforter was another unexpected expense.

Beautiful Stay

Overall my stay was amazing!! I loved how close it was to the seawall and the space was perfect. There were a few minor things about the property that could be improved (a dustpan for the broom, unclog the bathroom sink, add a light to balcony), but nothing that made the spot a difficult one to enjoy!

The condo was nice albeit small. The downside was the community was a little rundown although they appeared to start doing some renovations. The elevators were extremely slow and with the condo being on the top floor it made getting to/from the condo a bit of a headache at times. Overall the location was good and the condo itself was clean. The pools were an added benefit to the property.

Weekend Getaway

This condo did not disappoint. It was clean and the view was beautiful!! Checkin was simple and the host made things so easy having coffee stocked, beach bags and towels set up for us. We had an amazing family vacation and would absolutely stay here again!

There was still storm damage and we understand that, but all the pictures in the listing of the outside of the condo is from when the condo was first built and not accurate now. When we arrived half of the building looks run down and we had to walk through the first half which all you smelt was smoke or weed coming from the rooms to get to our condo which was on the better half of the building. The parking was a joke, most of it was double parking under the building and there were several units that had pipes leaking from above onto the cars so we opted to park in one of the few spots that was out from under the building. The condo itself on the inside was nice and clean and worked for our stay.

Quick beach getaway

This was exactly as described and perfect location!! Janice was extremely responsive and accommodating as we had a few hiccups right after Hurricane Beryl made landfall. We made the best of any issues due to the storm and Janice was so helpful! The condo was in a perfect location for restaurants and a busy beach by Pleasure Pier or a calm quiet beach on the other end. We liked both!

Relaxing 2 days at the beach

I got exactly what I was needing when I stayed two days and two nights here. The property was clean and orderly aside from some renovation work at the front of the building, the unit was clean and quiet, and the Beach access was excellent.

Great property for adults or families. Pools are well maintained and plenty of grills for cooking. Condos are well maintained. No issues with bugs, besides mosquitoes!!! Great experience with everything. Will be back.
