● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet policy: Pets are not allowed.

● Large Groups: We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 16 guests must be approved prior to booking.

● Parking: We have parking for up to 3 vehicles behind the home.

Upon entering, a cozy living room area with a flat-screen TV greets you, perfect for movie nights or relaxing evenings. A queen-size sofa bed offers additional sleeping options, making this space ideal for larger groups. Adjacent to the living room, a well-equipped kitchen allows you to whip up delicious meals to share with loved ones. While downstairs you will discover a haven for entertainment! A large game room, essentially a second living space, boasts a shuffleboard table and another flat-screen TV, perfect for friendly competitions or movie marathons.

Now, let`s talk about restful nights. The Big Blue boasts five bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed to accommodate your group. Three king-sized bedrooms provide luxurious comfort for couples or those seeking extra space. A fourth bedroom features two full-over-full bunk beds, ideal for families or groups of friends. Finally, the fifth bedroom offers a full-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle bed, ensuring everyone has a comfortable place to sleep.

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 16 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
