Could not get in touch with the owner. The air conditioning filters needed to be clean and there was electric issues with the house had washer and dryer but unable to use was broken the pictures on the internet did not look like the same house.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS
Got there and house obviously lacked TLC but we were optimistic. the kitchen sink leaked into the kitchen floor the entire stay. All owner said he’d tell the Plummer. Nobody fixed during our 6 day stay. As my boyfriend was looking for a grill . He found one ( it needs to be trashed) noticed the shower is draining straight under the property. Yes I text the owner so they were aware. Told him it smells like sewer in afternoon from the sitting water. And all he said the sewer line is separate it’s not sewer. I replied. No it’s not sewer but with out door heat it reaks outside from all the sitting water underneath the property and would probably explain the roaches. We did not see any roaches till night time . the house was clean but we came in late from fishing and as my 10 yr old turned on the light she screamed. We ran in and roaches going every direction. When I told the home owner he simply said, “ I know which pipe is the sewer and it’s not the sewer” . He also replied no has complained but me.. this was very rude and unsettling being not one issue was addressed. I’ve never complaint about any rental we have stayed at. Except this one. Not safe neighborhood if you have children. Lots of activity going on around the corner of the house so lock up your vehicles. There is only 2 ac units in the ENTIRE house. Both which are molded and have black mildew in them. Rotten porch wood. Property is not well maintained. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY IN THIS RENTAL. Total 100% disappointment.

Absolutely worst experience
We reached out to the contact person with little to no help. These are the issues we experienced. Blinds are broke in the bunk room as well as the ceiling fan light not working. Kitchen light wasn’t working. We attempted to enjoy the space but the mold in the ac units caused asthma to flair really bad and we couldn’t sleep. The ceiling had several places where it has leaked. There was no soap to clean dishes but it was a requirement to clean. Not to mention the location and neighborhood was scary. Signs that said homes are guarded by the 2 nd amendment rights with a pistol pictured doesn’t settle a person’s fear of the area. It’s disappointing to be mislead by the advertisement of the property.

Weekend Rental
The neighborhood did not feel safe for 4 woman being alone. There was trash all over the place. The shrubs were over grown. The view was nothing but a brick wall and abandoned warehouses. Traffic was heavy on the street and it looked like shady business going on in the neighborhood. We went back to take more pictures of the home and still felt very unsafe. We lost all of our money on this rental.

Great location during the motorcycle rally as it has a discreet gated backyard for the bikes, short distance to the Strand/Seawall. Cozy inside with everything you would need.

It was okay...
The house is cute and small, but the trash outside was overflowing with trash all over the ground, the grass was really tall and attracted a ton of misquotes, there were not trash bags for the inside trash can, no toilet paper, no dish soap, hopefully things will improve and we can stay again!

Not worth the money
The stove caught on fire from the oil in the bottom of the oven. There was a giant hole in the ceiling which leaked a huge puddle of water all over the floor. I called the owner repeatedly and NEVER got a call back. The fridge was filthy inside and out. The neighbor has a huge dog that barks every time you go outside. The bedrooms reeked of dog pee!!! I paid too much for a house in a bad neighborhood! Don’t stay here!
