Our guests enjoy the easy access to the newly renovated heated pool visible from our balcony. There are two other beautiful pools & a hot tub on the property also -- just a few steps away.

The Resort is located along the Galveston Seawall West End. Just a quick walk across the street to the newest beach! There are other beaches nearby in either direction. You can walk or drive 3/4 mile to the west or 2 1/2 mi to the east and find more.

This condo is close to the one of our 3 elevators, as well as very easy access to stairwell directly out our front door. Unassigned, covered and uncovered parking directly downstairs – You must purchase a $10 PER DAY/PER VEHICLE parking pass upon arrival. You can pick up your pool bands and entry codes then also. Please refer to our rental rules and agreement for more details.

Kids might enjoy the next-door Go-Karts and Fun Center; arcade, virtual-reality, bumper cars, axe throwing, digger machines and ATVs. Walk 8 minutes to hit the batting cages, or sink a hole of Putt-Putt golf.

A short 2 minute ride, dunks you at Galveston’s famous Schlitterbahn water-park or the many attractions of Moody Gardens; Aquarium Pyramid, Rain Forest Pyramid, 4D theater, Reef Rescue VR, Discovery Museum, Paddlewheel Boat, Zip Lines and Bowling Alleys. Cruise Ship Terminals are about a 15 minute drive.

PETS:
- We love pets and know they are a big part of your family too. Please let us know if you will be having a pet join you. Maravilla is very pet friendly, and one of the only getaways on the Island that allows animals! There is a Doggie Shower & Dog Park!! Please follow the rules there. We do have a $150 non-refundable pet deposit. Please do not leave them unattended in the condo unless kenneled. Just tell us about your little family member and we'll set a place for him/her.

This is our family vacation home, and we hope you will enjoy it as much as we do. We will treat you like family & hope you do the same with the property. Anything consumable within the condo is yours to use.
