Dee is amazing!! You have a superstar that truly cares for each and every guest! She is genuine and very thoughtful, which comes naturally for her!! I left my medicine in the refrigerator when I checked out and I didn’t realize it. She knew I was getting on a ship to leave on a cruise. Dee contacted me and she was able to coordinate/ bring it to me as I was already on the ship. Dee is so hospitality oriented! As a retired Hotel Security Director/ Guest Service in the industry you are very fortunate to have her!! I sure do hope you will recognize her for the outstanding job she does for your company!!! Dee is one of a kind!!

The rooms were overbooked and we were transferred to another hotel on which we had to pay extra for. We were further away from were we wantes to be. It was just an inconvenience. The gentleman at the desk was rude.
