Nice hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms with easy access to the Strand and restaurants. The outside deck was closed with no furniture which is shown in the advertisements. Had booked in hopes we would be able to kick back and relax while observing the activities in the ship channel.

Very unique hotel. Waterfront on the Harbor. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops in the historic area of Galveston. Long term parking for cruise passengers and free shuttle to cruise terminal.

Very humid in the room, tile floor sticky, sheets felt moist, air conditioner was working but not removing humidity? Bottom sheet was not a fitted sheet & would not stay in place. Bath room would not close all the way & would stick to the frame.
