Overall great.

Room and everything was amazing. Only gripe was no apple pay and the toilet paper could have been better, much b etter... the quality couldnt be any worse. For such a great hotel, what were wiping our butts with could be drastically improved. It was the worst part of our experience. Cistomer service was great! Shuttel to our cruise and driver were top notch!

Everything was ok. I was surprise to find out when I arrived that there was a $15.00 Parking charge if you park in the Hotel parking lot, however the Hotel do offer free bicycles to use which was outstanding. The room was large and nice, but the breakfast they offer was below average.

Love that this property has an updated feel and is in a great area for shops and restaurants. Parking and check in was easy! I was disappointed that the products (shampoo, conditioner, etc) were leftover from prior guests and had obviously been opened and used - made it feel like maybe the room wasn’t fully cleaned and made me wonder what else hadn’t been tended to. By no fault of the hotel staff, but online reviews indicated access to Galvez pool — and that is not the case.
