SeaScape is a recently remodeled beachfront private retreat located in the ever sought-after Pirates Beach subdivision. Only 30 steps away from the sand, the fabulous views and sounds of the waves will envelope your entire stay.

Our home has been completely renovated and all furniture, kitchen appliances, beach/bath towels, and amenities are ALL BRAND NEW! Just pack your favorite beach wear and escape to our seaside retreat where you have all you need to relax, unwind, and recharge. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun.

Our home is elegantly furnished with a coastal theme throughout. The living and dining room have soaring cathedral ceilings, exposed wood beams, and fantastic panoramic views of the ocean.

The fully equipped kitchen has all of the utensils and condiments needed to cook your favorite dishes. Meals can be enjoyed indoor in our spacious dining room and at the bar counter, or outdoor at the picnic table on the ground floor. The expansive wraparound deck also offers plenty of outdoor seating to take in the beautiful views and ocean breeze while you enjoy your favorite beverage or al fresco dining.

When you are ready to relax and unwind, enjoy a glass of wine, champagne, or margarita. Glassware is provided, as well as, a wine fridge to store your favorite bottle. Or kick back and watch your favorite shows on our smart TV with apps such as Netflix, Hulu, Disney plus, etc. We also have plenty of games for a family game night.

The ocean waves lull you to sleep peacefully in one of our three bedrooms with all new beds, mattresses, and linens. Our two-story home can accommodate up to 13 guests. The first bedroom has a queen bed and en-suite full bath. The second bedroom has a twin bed, and a twin over full bunk with a twin trundle. A full bath is located right outside the hallway. The third bedroom is located upstairs, and it has a twin daybed with twin trundle, a loft with a queen bed, an en-suite bathroom and a private balcony. The living room has a queen size sofa sleeper that comes with a front row ocean view.

Pet Policy
Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome in our home, subject to approval and a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per stay. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if you’re planning on bringing your furry friend to Galveston.

Party Policy
NO parties are allowed at our home. Absolutely No Prom, Graduation or other large (more than the max occupancy) parties/events permitted.

Cleaning fee
Each reservation includes applicable taxes, and a cleaning fee of $180.

Parking notes
The property offers ample parking. Overnight street parking is not permitted.
