Newly renovated top floor unit with beach and pool view. The well maintained condominium is gated with lots of parking, a fitness center, two pools, two spas, and other amenities. This unit is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath - with a king size bed and a walk-in closet, open living room with vaulted ceiling with a new queen sleeper sofa that sleeps two, large full-size kitchen that has everything you need, dining area, washer and dryer in the unit, and a balcony with two chairs and table to sit and enjoy the best views. The second you walk in you will fall in love with the views. Views of the beach are visible from the living and bedroom.

The view from the condo balcony is of the ocean and a public beach. The courtyard with 1 of 2 pools is also in plain view from the condo's balcony. The condo was well supplied for cooking, sleeping, relaxing and for taking off across the street to the beach. There is a dishwasher, washer, and dyer in the condo. The bed was comfortable and the a/c was dependable. Shopping, dining, and the many Galveston Island attractions were all close by. Everyone we encountered on the island was friendly. Our interaction with Ron and Hope was excellent. They are top notch hosts and aim to please. We highly recommend staying at this VRBO vacation rental.

We booked this condo for two nights prior to our cruise. The condo was just as advertised, it was clean and had the best views of the gulf. Ron and Hope were quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. I would absolutely stay here again.

Loved staying at this condo . Has everything you need and it was clean bed and pillows are really Comfortable. Excellent views and quiet . Close to everything. My only complaint was that I had no knowledge of the $50 parking fee that you would have to pay when you get there to park your vehicle . That was not communicated previously. Adds to cost of the rental.

The property is in excellent condition and very clean. The view of the water is very good and access to the beach is very easy given there is a protected crosswalk at the corner of the community. We would most definitely choose this location for a future stay.
