LOCATED RIGHT NEXT DOOR TO THE POINTE WEST BEACH CLUB, this striking 2nd floor condo is the perfect place to take the family for a relaxing beach getaway or be poolside in seconds. This spacious 3 Bedroom 3 Bath condo (sleeps 11, please note only 9 pool wristbands allowed) is the largest floor plan available in Pointe West.

With over 1700 sq. feet of living space, our condo features a spacious floor plan, granite counter tops and easy access to the beach. "Just Beachy” has cable TV and high speed wireless internet throughout.

This condo offers: 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 bunk beds (twin over twin), & 2 sleeper sofas (1 full & 1 twin) & 2 inflatable queen mattresses. Sleeps 11 comfortably, (Please note only 9 amenity wristbands allowed). 2 High Def LED TV's, WIFI, living room nicely decorated, Fully equipped kitchen. A high chair and pack-n-play is also provided for those traveling with small children.
A storage locker is provided with this unit.

Pointe West Beach Club Access (Optional)
The Pointe West Beach Club is a privately owned facility offering resort-style amenities for guests who choose to purchase access. The resort fee is $25 per person (ages 4+) per stay, with a limit of three amenity bands per bedroom.

Amenities include:
* Beach Club pool and seasonally heated Bayside pool with lazy river
* Hot tubs
* Basketball and pickleball courts
* Modest game/exercise room

Access process:
* The Beach Club will send an invoice directly to you.
* After payment, wristbands can be picked up at the Beach Club Office (open daily, 9 AM–5 PM).
* The resort fee is nonrefundable; purchasing closer to your arrival is recommended.

Important information:
We manage the rental home only and do not oversee the Beach Club, its amenities, restaurant, pools, beach access, or elevators. Refunds or cancellations are not provided for closures or operational issues.

* Check in: 4 PM
* Check out: 10 AM
* Guests may enjoy the beach and Beach Club amenities before check-in and after check-out with wristband purchase.
* Condos are accessible by stairs and have one elevator per building.  If the elevator experiences an outage, you will be required to take the stairs.  Elevators should not be relied upon for guests with disabilities or other limitations. 
* Minimum age requirement: 26+
* No prom, graduation, or high school groups, even with chaperones.

CANCELLATION/CHANGE POLICY:
* 31+ Days Before Arrival — You may change your dates (but the price might change), or you may cancel for a full refund minus a $100 fee and any travel‑insurance premium you bought.
* 30 Days or Less — No refunds and no date changes, no matter the reason — including weather or unexpected events.

Travel Insurance — Offered at booking. Helps protect you from losses due to unexpected events. Important because hurricane season is June–November.

This particular condo has a great view of the ocean, and the Beach club is next door with the infinity pool. I had a large group of ladies for a get together and everyone enjoyed the balcony at the end of the day. The sunset pool (lazy river area) is across the main street and real easy to drive to. Everyone really enjoyed that area. There are really nice waiters/waitresses that bring you drinks at the infinity pool (beach club next door) which is really nice. The gift shop here was very good and reasonably priced. This place can't be beat for access to the beach, you get to from the wooden paths over the dunes, pool, and lazy river. Storage unit had wagons we could bring all our toys to the beach easily. We always had something to do. Would definitely have another get together at this resort and would really like to have this same condo again.

Spring break for the family

The condo was very spacious and has a great location. It is next door to the Beach Club. Enjoyed sitting on deck drinking morning coffee with view of ocean. We really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to rent this condo again.

Bachelorette Fiesta

We stayed here for my sisters bachelorette weekend and it was perfect. The private beach was minutes away by foot and the pool was a perfect chill sport before we headed into town. The condo was the PERFECT size and had everything we needed. It was gorgeous and the balcony was exactly what we needed in the mornings. I highly recommend this property to family and groups who want a relaxing getaway.

We loved the condo, huge master bath was amazing. Pool fee felt steep after paying so much for accommodation, I recommend including that. Also good to let folks know the heated pool is not the one in walking distance but fully worth the drive.

This place was beautiful inside and out! Great views from basically any window of the gulf and the bay! It was clean and stocked with all essentials. We loved the convenience of the beach club and easy beach access at our doorstep. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for pool/beach fun! Thanks!

The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. The kitchen had every gadget appliance/ gadget that we needed. The beds were comfortable. I had 1 question after we got there and the owner answered right away.

Unfortunately Tropical Storm Arthur arrived the night we got there. Locals report worse storm they've seen in 17 years. Due to storm the area continued to lose power for hours at a time & overnight. No power means no elevators to transport luggage & supplies, no pool bc the pool pump doesn't work & no restaurant amenities. The beach was about a quarter of a mile away but we could see it, getting there was a little more difficult. The grandkids were very excited we were so close to the Beach Club but unfortunately it was rarely accessible due to power loss. The Beach Club was nice but since the elevator was not working one has to climb 3 flights of stairs to get to it. If you're young & have no mobility issues it may work, but we had to make our getaway on the 3rd day of our 6 day stay while the elevator was momentarily working. Not holding owners responsible for weather but wish they could have been a little more accommodating regarding our shortened stay. Just sayin'

Great stay in Galveston

The condo was clean and has a great layout and beautiful view. Would have been nice to include some beach towels for the pool since they don’t provide them. It’s difficult to bring your own when you are flying. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend this property.

Great condo!

The condo is well-stocked and very clean. Its proximity to the beach club is a plus. Our only complaints were that the elevator is broken, so we had to climb two flights of stairs several times each day, which got old quickly, and the lazy river pool was very murky. Neither of those problems had anything to do with the condition of the condo. We would rent again. It is a great vacation spot.

Spring Break Paradise!

We love Pointe West and this is just one more awesome condo to add to our list. It has absolutely everything--stocked kitchen, comfy beds, lots of extra blankets, towels, blow up mattresses, beach and pool access, and views to die for! Very clean, with classy beach decor. Second floor, so you hear all the stampeding of people above you, just be aware. Get out and sit on the balcony and watch the sunrise/sunset instead! Can't wait to come back.

Roomy, clean condo

We loved the condo. It was clean and well equipped. The distance from town was a little farther than I thought but it was clean and the property well maintained. The condo was great however the condo slept 11 but the property would only sell us 9 wristbands for the property. That should have been relayed to us.

Great condo

Enjoyed staying in this condo. Location to beach club was perfect with views of the gulf. Plenty of space for everyone. The condo itself was exactly as pictured and described. Pointe West Beach club was was nice as well. We used the workout facilities, went to the on site restaurant a couple times and enjoyed the hot tub. The pool was a little too cold for me, my 13 year old son didn’t mind though! Had the weather been warmer - very windy when we stayed, I probably would have gone in the pool. Easy to get to the beach for walks too. Peaceful property overall. 10 min to closest grocery store and a 30 min drive into town. Enjoyed our stay!

Family Stay-cation was "Point On!"

The property was beautifully decorated , fully equipped and maintained. It worked out perfect for what we needed! We certainly would stay in this the unit again as you could see the ocean, the pool area and the bay ! The only issues I noted were: I was informed the unit had a blender but it did not. It had a musty smell when we arrived, (I resolved that with Lysol and a candle) the a/c filter needed to be changed ( I reported that) and the outdoor patio rug was warped on edges. My husband and I rolled it up and put it aside so none of us would trip. All in all it was a great family time and so glad we stayed here!
