Staff are extremely unfriendly and the electronics need updating. Out of date amenities and staff are not helpful at the front desk. Called a different location and lady agreed with my assumptions. It was a place to sleep!

The man running the front desk, was very very rude to the customers in front of us. In fact, he told them to get out of the hotel, and he was canceling their room. When it was my turn, he had an attitude, and was being very rude with me, for no reason he even threatened to cancel our room Then, when we came back from dinner, and re-entered the hotel, he followed me, saying things and being rude His conduct as an employee was horrifying, and I am reporting him and hoping that they have cameras to show how this man acts towards customers I will never ever stay here again
