Bring your registered BOAT or KAYAKS and launch them at the public marina right across the street! Craving the warm waters of the ocean? The pristine sands of Jamaica beach is just a short golf cart ride away! The Jamaica Beach swimming pool can be viewed from the front deck and is monitored part-time by lifeguards! Families love this large lap pool and is such a fun place to enjoy a family picnic while the family is cooling off on a warm summers day! When you first arrive at our home, you will see one of two well appointed outdoor entertaining areas with Bar, smart TV and ample family seating. Beach toys and beach boards are provided and Kayaks and life vests are provided for those wanting to try out their skills on the bay. Continuing to the upstairs deck there is another large outdoor entertaining area that can accommodate additional seating for up to 13 persons. Past renters rave about the Ninja Grill with Air frying and smoking capabilities. Very easy to use! Stepping thru the front door be ready to be enchanted by the cozy atmosphere and professional decor. The LIVING ROOM and DINING ROOM feature 18' open beam CEILINGS and a wall of windows to bring in the view and the beauty of Jamaica beach Marina and community park. The leather couch in the living room has a roll out queen sleeper designed to eliminate the bulky uncomfortable framing of most sleeper sofas. Two recliners flank the couch and highlight the presence of the 75" smart TV with electric fireplace in the entertainment center to enjoy all of your favorite shows or sporting events. The kitchen is well appointed with a full array of sizes of quality pots and pans, necessary to equip the finest of culinary talents! Appliances include a new stainless steel low profile side by side refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, electric stove, microwave, toaster over, juicer, blender, mixer, toaster and rice cooker and crock pot. The bedrooms offer a variety of sleeping arrangements, including a king bed with 55" smart TV and hidden drawers at the end of the bed, queen bed with 50" smart TV and ample drawer and closet space and the third bedroom includes a double and single combined bunk bed also with smart TV. There is a bathroom upstairs with "shower over tub" feature and plenty of storage for toiletries. Wifi is great throughout the home and full laundry facilities are downstairs next to the second bathroom. Jamaica beach is known for its natural beauty, warm hospitality, and a variety of activities that include relaxing on the shoreline, swimming in warm coastal waters, building sandcastles, or reading a book at the seashore. Surf, paddle board, and jet ski in the gulf or Galveston Bay. Fishermen can Fish for over 100 species of fish or shellfish in a variety of waterways. Also enjoy quality theater and restaurants just a short drive into downtown Galveston. My wife and I love the oysters at the Black Pearl in old town. For other upscale seafood experiences, try Gaidos at the seawall, Pacos in old town or sushi at Yamatos. My wife and I enjoy taking vacations together and we have included the things we enjoy at home and on vacation.
