● Location: Sea Isle beach community of Galveston, Texas

● Beach Access: Less than a minute drive to the Sea Isle beach access point.

● Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Sea Isle community pool for a fee— open Memorial Day thru Labor Day— and the community boat launch and fishing pier with the provided keys.

● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 2 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Parking: There is room for up to 4 cars on the driveway.

Step inside to an open-concept living space designed for easy, beachy days. The kitchen, dining, and living areas flow together, making the most of the footprint with smart design and plenty of natural light. The kitchen features bar seating and a dining table, perfect for meals between beach outings or late-night card games. The living room is lined with windows, bringing the Gulf view right into the heart of the home.

Two bedrooms sit just down the hall on the main floor. One has a king-sized bed, great for parents or couples, while the second bedroom is set up with two twin-over-twin bunk beds — perfect for kids or a group of friends. A full bathroom sits between them, easily accessible from the living area as well.

Upstairs, you’ll find the third bedroom, a more private primary suite with a king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom, and a luxurious jacuzzi tub for unwinding after a salty day in the sun. Double sinks make mornings easy, and the private balcony overlooking the Gulf is a peaceful spot to sip coffee or sneak away with a book.

Out front, the large porch offers both shaded seating and sunny lounging space, so everyone can find their perfect spot to relax. Whether you`re grilling, chatting, or just watching the light change over the water, this space invites you to slow down and stay awhile. With thoughtful touches, comfortable sleeping spaces, and a welcoming layout, this home is set up for memory-making on the coast.
