The Space:
This charming condo is designed for comfort and convenience. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze, while the accessible balcony offers a peaceful spot to watch the waves. The den's fold-out table is perfect for any occasion.
Location Highlights:
We are situated on the quieter west end of the Seawall, just a 5-minute drive to Moody Gardens & Schlitterbahn Water Park. Pleasure Pier and all other Galveston attractions, including the cruise ports, are about a 10-minute drive away.
Other Things to Note:
1. Construction Notice: There is a small construction project at the very front of the complex. You might hear some noise between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm daily. All construction noise stops at 5:00 pm.
2.We welcome dogs! Please inform us about the type and weight for approval. Please add "PET" to your reservation request. Unpaid pets are a violation of our House Rules and will result in cancellation of your stay without a refund.
3. Parking Information:
Ample covered and uncovered parking is available for a fee of $10.00 per car per day (plus sales tax), payable to the onsite office upon arrival (cash is not accepted). Trailers are allowed only during special event weekends and are subject to the same daily rate as cars. Parking fees are capped after $70.00 for a 30-day period.
4. Extended Stays:
Monthly rentals (30+ nights) are considered during the off-season (generally mid-November through February). These stays are tax-exempt (a 15% savings!). Please message us directly with your request for extended stay pricing and availability.

Great balcony with nice view of beach and seawall. Very large and clean pool, saw maintenance check pool and hot tub daily. Great covered parking and despite construction/remodeling of units at south end of building, access with multiple elevators was easy. Communication with host (via phone text/email) was outstanding.

The condo was great! The only issue we had was that the stairs and elevator near the condo were not accessible. There was only one working elevator. When we go back, we will check that before we go. Overall, it was good. The pool is very nice!!! We spent quite a bit of time there. It is resort style and is very roomy! There is also a hot tub and two other pool. That part was amazing. Check in and check out was easy and communication with our host was great!!!! We will definitely go back but most likely a lower level or closer to a working elevator. We definitely got our exercise!

Baseball trip with a bit of beach time

Overall, our stay here was just what we wanted it to be. The location and proximity to the beach is great, and the multiple pool areas on property allow for plenty of time enjoying the sun. It is further down Seawall Blvd. than most of the “major” attractions so it was a little quieter than the main part of the strip, which was good with us. The check in process through the property manager Donna was great and communication from her was great. The employees at Maravilla however were quite rude and less than helpful. The condo itself wasn’t as clean as we would’ve liked. The floor was gross, countertops needed to be wiped down, and the bathtub had mold growing in it, which my wife went and bought bleach to clean up.

Nice beach front condo

Great little place. Well kept. Property was under some repairs from a recent storm but in great shape. Main bed was very firm so be ready. The bunks were big enough for an average adult. Great view from the patio and the property is easy to find. If you want a nice price friendly place to stay, this one is great..

Perfect Getaway

We spent Labor Day weekend here. The owners were responsive and the condo was clean and just as described. We enjoyed being centrally located and having the beach at our fingertips. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful condo

The condo was beautiful with a great view of the ocean and occasional plane flying over. They even provided a small wagon and some chairs for the beach which we found was a nice touch. The property was under construction and there was only one elevator working, but that was minor. Our only complaint was that other animal owners did not pick up their animals waste. The facility did have signs regarding a fine for doing so, but it seems like they are not enforced.

Weekend Get-away

Soothing Sunset was the perfect place to stay for us! It was so cute, beautiful view out on the balcony, & very comfortable too. Also enjoyed the covered parking! We would rent this condo again or maybe another of Donna Wade's properties! She was very helpful. :)

This condo was perfect for our family of five (kids ages 4-10). The ocean view was exactly as shown in the listing pics, pools were fantastic, and so many beaches to chose from along Seawall Blvd. Having a king bed was the selling point for us, and were very happy we found it!

Great experience

The room was very accurate to the description. Cute little condo! It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Having a keyless entry to the room was extremely pleasant. The only thing that could have been better would be on the overall condo and having a fenced in dog area. Being under construction wasn't the most ideal thing, so it would be nice to be there when they're completely done.

A wonderful getaway!

Following a failed trip to an out-of-state location due to an airline issue, we decided to spend some time in Galveston to get away for a few days. My partner found this condo online and we decided to book it. The condo was perfect for us! It was neat and clean and our view of the Gulf from our balcony was amazing. It is also in a great location, very close to everything we wanted to see. The reservation, check-in, and check-out process couldn't have been easier. We will definitely be back.

From the minute we arrived to the second we left we had a great experience. Super close access to the beach and short drive to so many super restaurants and activities, this place was truly awesome!! Nice place to stay, great location. The view was great! The place was very clean. The only thing i would say is that its probably time for a new sofa (I'm sure they're hard to keep clean with so many people staying). Our family had a wonderful time in Galveston.

Appreciated the beach chairs, cooler, umbrella and cart to make our beach time easier. Property manager was prompt in handling any questions/concerns and took care of everything we asked! TX was HOT, and AC worked well. Loved the natural light in the living room and kitchen. My kids loved the bunk beds and the pool that had an 11pm closing time. What is better than a night swim?! We were highly satisfied with our stay!
