"Pelican Place" offers everything you’ll need to fulfill your beach vacation dreams. Beautifully decorated interior with fun coastal decor. Direct gulf & beach views from the private & spacious large balcony that carry over into the home. Enjoy the natural light & ocean views from both the kitchen, dining & living room areas. Perfectly located by the beach walkover & the Beach Club pool. Get ready to make some lasting memories by reserving this gorgeous vacation home for your family and friends. *This vacation rental is equipped with ring doorbell and cameras for your security and protection.

"Pelican Place" features an open floor plan with a smart TV in the living room, Roku tv's in all bedrooms and high-speed wireless internet throughout. Enjoy comfortable sleeping arrangements with a king bed in the en-suite master bedroom, a king in the second bedroom and two queen beds in the third bedroom. Additionally, there is an air mattress. Sleeps 8 in comfort.
A storage locker is provided with this unit.

Pointe West Beach Club Access (Optional)
The Pointe West Beach Club is a privately owned facility offering resort-style amenities for guests who choose to purchase access. The resort fee is $25 per person (ages 4+) per stay, with a limit of three amenity bands per bedroom.

Amenities include:
* Beach Club pool and seasonally heated Bayside pool with lazy river
* Hot tubs
* Basketball and pickleball courts
* Modest game/exercise room

Access process:
* The Beach Club will send an invoice directly to you.
* After payment, wristbands can be picked up at the Beach Club Office (open daily, 9 AM–5 PM).
* The resort fee is nonrefundable; purchasing closer to your arrival is recommended.

Important information:
We manage the rental home only and do not oversee the Beach Club, its amenities, restaurant, pools, beach access, or elevators. Refunds or cancellations are not provided for closures or operational issues.

* Check in: 4 PM
* Check out: 10 AM
* Guests may enjoy the beach and Beach Club amenities before check-in and after check-out with wristband purchase.
* Condos are accessible by stairs and have one elevator per building.  If the elevator experiences an outage, you will be required to take the stairs.  Elevators should not be relied upon for guests with disabilities or other limitations. 
* Minimum age requirement: 26+
* No prom, graduation, or high school groups, even with chaperones.

CANCELLATION/CHANGE POLICY:
* 31+ Days Before Arrival — You may change your dates (but the price might change), or you may cancel for a full refund minus a $100 fee and any travel‑insurance premium you bought.
* 30 Days or Less — No refunds and no date changes, no matter the reason — including weather or unexpected events.

Travel Insurance — Offered at booking. Helps protect you from losses due to unexpected events. Important because hurricane season is June–November.

Storm & Cancellation Policies — Additional details are in the rental agreement and should be reviewed carefully.

Family friendly condo near the pointe west beach club and beach walkway (note: pool requires a wristband which costs $25 per person for kids older than 4 and adults). Our family enjoyed our stay here :)

We enjoyed our time. The last 2 days the elevator was out of order so we had to use stairs- my husband has foot issues so this was very inconvenient. The amenities were nice! They gym definitely needs to be revamped.

We had a great time at Pelican Place. The condo was perfect and it had everything we needed. The location next to the beach club and the beach ramp was very convenient for the family. Patio and views were great. I highly recommend staying in Pointe West Galveston.

Fantastic!!!

We really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for five people and two dogs to spread out. The view from the balcony was absolutely amazing. The property was quiet and very clean. We loved the convenience of the restaurant, and the pool was fantastic. Overall, we had a great stay, and we will definitely come back.

Pointe West Beach Club and the surrounding resort is lovely. I would do it again in a heart beat. The Pelican Place property was well kept and clean. All the amenities were at our disposal. Great communication by the property team.

Great property. Close to the main pool and clubhouse without extra noise, and easy access to the beach via the ramp walkway. Very roomy, bigger beds in the rooms is a nice adder. Room was as advertised, very clean. Check-in was easy, and even got access a bit early after cleaning team was complete. Communication was quick and clear/efficient. Storage unit was well stocked with beach stuff even if it's fairly used. Would recommend and would stay here again!

Awsome Condo over the 4th of July

Check-in was easy, instructions were sent ahead time and easy to follow. The condo was clean and well decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed; there was a small pantry with several things that we forgot to bring and were happy not to have to drive into town for. Everyone was happy with the bedrooms and bathrooms. The balcony was huge with multiple seating areas that made watching the waves or fireworks easy. The host had extra beach towels and a storage locker with lots of beach items. Over the holiday weekend the neighborhood had activities for the kids and adults alike. From golfcart parades, waterballoon fights and live music it was a great stay and awsome weekend. That's not even talking about the point resturant, bar or multiple pools...
