The house was amazing. Very comfortable, lots of seating, great beds, very clean. It is a short walk to the beach with a great walkway over the dunes. The ground floor area is amazing for kids as well as the second living space upstairs. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time at Home Sweet Pineapple! The house is beautifully decorated and has thoughtfully considered amenities for guests. Owners were immediately responsive throughout, house manager was also highly responsive. Of all the homes you could choose in Galveston, this one should be top of your list. We will definitely stay again next year.

Beautiful Home!

Beautiful home in a gorgeous neighborhood. The beach is a short walk away. This is a non-driving section of the beach so it is quieter and less crowded than some other areas. The house is modern, tastefully decorated and very neat, organized and clean. We had everything we needed for a relaxing and joyful get away. We would absolutely stay here again!

This house is beyond amazing, every room beautifully decorated, beds soo comfortable, kitchen fully stocked, everything you need to go for the beach, great views from the balconies, quick walk to the beach. Probably one of the best houses on VRBO!

Had a great stay at Home Sweet Pineapple! Days after we left, I continue to be impressed by the details and touches Tim and Anna have put into the home. The beds were clean and comfortable, the kitchen well equipped. Everything was perfect. Looking forward to another opportunity to stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully decorated and organized home . There was nothing not thought of... Sound machines in every room, plenty of storage, space and seating. We loved that everyone could be in the family room together and enjoy eachother while it was raining outside.

We just wrapped up an incredible stay at this home, and I honestly cannot say enough good things. We traveled with 13 people, including six kids, and the house was beyond prepared for a group our size. Every closet was thoughtfully stocked, every bathroom had plenty of towels, and it truly felt like the hosts had thought of everything.The checkout process was easy and stress free, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. This was the perfect place to celebrate our dad’s 70th birthday, and we made so many special memories together that we will cherish for years.The location could not have been better. It was a short, easy walk to the beach, and we loved being able to see the ocean from the balcony. I travel often and stay in a lot of rental homes, and this one will always stand out as my favorite.Thank you so much for an unforgettable stay.

This is our second time staying at Home Sweet Pineapple and it really is just the most amazing property. Everything has been so well thought out from the decor, to the furniture, to the organization. It's stunning. They truly make it feel like a home away from home. I'm talking white noise machines in every room, adjustable mattress bases, stocked with Kleenex and trash cans everywhere, seasonings and extras in the pantry. I could go on and on. As a Mom who travels with young kids this home is a blessing. There is way less prep work for me so I can truly enjoy just being present with my family. The elevator is also amazing for shuttling up and down heavy coolers, luggage and food. It allows you to have a multigenerational vacation with zero stress. I feel instantly calmer as soon as I step in the door. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We absolutely cannot wait to come back. Book it. You won't regret it. Well, well worth it.

This amazing house was perfect for our family get away! Home Sweet Pineapple is beautiful, super clean and spacious, and the most well-equipped house I've ever stayed in. Kitchen had everything you could ask for, and then some. We loved the long table for family meals and game nights. It's a short walk to the beach in a lovely (and quiet) neighborhood. Tim and Anna, and their property manager Travis, were super quick to respond to a couple minor issues we encountered. It was very obvious they take extraordinary care of their guests. I look forward to coming back to this beautiful house again! Our family loved our stay!

Amazing beach property won’t disappoint!

This amazing house was steps from the beach. Fully equipped with no detail being left undone, this house provided a comfortable home away from home for a large group and the location was fantastic. From the beautifully decorated furnishings and interior design, to the small touches to create a truly special experience (puzzles, games, books, excellent Wi-Fi and tv), there is no better beach property in Galveston. Pineapple paradise

Spent a short weekend in this wonderful home, and everyone was sad to leave. Ages of our group ranged from 7-79, and all loved how comfortable we felt. We have stayed in several homes in Beachside and Galveston before, and this house is by far the most well stocked. From the awesome kitchen to the towels and the beach equipment, the hosts have thought of everything and skimped on nothing. We will definitely plan to return. Book it, you will not be disappointed.

Just read all the other reviews and do yourself a favor and book this house. You get what you pay for. The decor is high end and the house is well equipped with everything you need for a perfect beach getaway. The beach walkover is on the same row about 50 yards to the sand. We would book this house over and over!

Home Sweet Pineapple is a beautiful and cozy home fully equipped with all of your household and beach needs. Everything inside and outside are clearly labeled and organized for easy access. Amazing Vacation Home

We have booked many homes through VRBO, and this is one of the most beautiful and well-equipped homes in which we have stayed. It is spacious, very clean, and expertly decorated. We like to cook most of our meals and the kitchen is fabulous! It had everything we needed and more. Tim and Anna were extraordinarily gracious and were on top of all communication. The location is so close to the beach. We stayed here during Christmas weekend and enjoyed walking on the beach even though it was cold. Staying here during warm weather would be even more amazing. I highly recommend this house!

Family Vacation

This property, owners and property manager were all amazing and exceeded all of our expectations!! The pictures don’t do it justice! Our family of 12 spent a week here during the heat wave. We like to cook and eat in and the kitchen had everything we needed, even an instant read thermometer. Plus everything you might need for the beach. We left some crab nets for the next guests as our grandkids loved crabbing. So clean and tidy. Responsive to our questions. Would HIGHLY recommend this beautiful home!!

A Week of Rest

Our family had a reservation made a year in advance at a place down the coast from Galveston. Unfortunately, Hurricane Beryl damaged the house a week before our scheduled trip making the house unavailable. We found Home Sweet Pineapple at the last minute, and it was such a wonderful blessing for our family. The house was spotlessly clean and beautifully inviting. It was perfect for all of us who needed some extended family time and much needed rest. The attention to the smallest detail was amazing! We especially enjoyed the table that we could all gather around to share meals and play games. We are so grateful that this property was available.
