Connected to the homeowner`s residence this guest unit is designed with mobility in mind with wheelchair-height counters and accessible shower. You`re just a short drive to the beach, restaurants, and Schlitterbahn Waterpark—making your stay as easy as it is unforgettable.

● Beach Access: Less than a 3 minute drive from the beaches at the Seawall.

● Rent Beach Box: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 1 large dog or 2 small dogs are welcome in our home with a $25 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren`t left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Dogs should remain leashed when outside as there are horses and other animals on the property. Please message us if you’re planning on bringing your furry friend!

● Parking: There is room for 2 cars on the driveway right next to the garage. Do not block the long driveway.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
