Stayed with family and had a wonderful experience. Room was large, clean & comfy. Wonderful breakfast options that changed each day. Staff was super friendly. Only disappointment was hot tub was too hot to get in 3 days we were there and pool was too cold. But overall had a great time and will be back.

Outstanding! We were so surprised by everything. The pre check in on my phone was great, and let us choose an earlier check in time. The front desk was so kind and accommodating. The room was outstanding. The tv even told me hello by name. The refreshment available in the lobby was great. We utilized the coffee, tea, water and delicious citrus water. We forgot deodorant, and when I went to purchase from the little market in the lobby, the front desk told me I could put it back and just gave me some that was in the back for free. The room was clean, bed was extremely comfortable. The kitchenette was great. The price was reasonable . We walked to the Seawall very easily, and everything was super accessible. This is our new favorite place to stay!

Spring Break with the Grandkids

The service was exceptional. Everyone was so nice and hard working. The staff went out of their way to accomomdate us. The lobby was spotless-which was a challenge with all the sand being brought in. There was a large group of college kids from TAMU staying there at the same time and they helped with the fun and friendly vibe.

The room was real nice and clean it had everything you needed to make something to eat if you wanted to the only thing was we never got fresh towels I had to go to the front and ask for some and they didn't do our beds on the nights that we stayed staff was friendly bartender was friendly drinks need to be a little bit more stronger and get more in the cup for your value but overall good stay will stay again

So fresh and so clean, CLEAN!

We were pleasantly surprised at how spacious, clean, and modern the room was. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I am very particular about cleanliness and walking on hotel floors without socks on. I felt very comfortable because this room was pristine. We recommend Residence Inn Galveston to anyone who needs a clean, safe stay.

Great place to stay close to the beach

The room had tons of space. Loved the separate seating area for watching TV. In the evenings in the kitchen was very useful. The staff was extremely friendly and always greeted us with a huge smile

Great staff! Great room! Great Location!

The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The hotel was very clean. The rooms have everything you need and I especially enjoyed the swivel TV so I could watch from the bed or from the couch or kitchen. And the location was perfect for Galveston; so close to the Seawall and great restaurants close by. There were lots of good places to walk my dog!
