The house was beautiful and downstairs pool and outdoor area was where spent most our time. The only inconvenience was the 2nd floor a/c was not working when we arrived, I called the property manager and they sent someone over. That person was not able to fix the A/C and after 3-4 hours of not hearing anything, I called the property manager back. They stated that they would send someone in the morning? what about that night, we had all 3 bedrooms with guest in them and it was hot up there. I did not feel like they tried to help us, until I got loud, then they said they would come drop off some fans. It is now after 10pm, still no fans, then I get a call from an AC guy that asked if he could still come by, I said yes please, he arrived around 11-11:30 and got it working, I feel the property manager did not try to resolve the issue in a timely manner. For as much as this house cost per night, I was worried how I was going to make our family comfortable, luckily the ac guy came. I understand things happen, but they should have had better communication with us. The house, pool and location was great.
