Our freshly updated condo is located at the Victorian condominium complex right on Galveston's historic Seawall and directly across the boulevard from Babe's Beach. It has a fantastic unobstructed ocean view from not only the living room but from the master bedroom too. A corner unit with a private balcony and amazing, breathtaking sunrises. Watching the sunrise is a must! Sit back on the balcony with your morning coffee or evening wine and take it all in.
Covered parking is located directly below the unit with laundry room and elevator less than 20 steps from our front door. The unit has been recently remodeled and painted in soothing colors throughout as well as new flooring all in 2025. All the comforts of home while on vacation.
Sheets and towels are provided for the bathroom, bedrooms and kitchen. The master bedroom has a queen bed, private full bath, tv and an unobstructed view of the ocean from laying in the bed! The 2nd bedroom has a new queen size mattress, closet and a tv.. The third bedroom is small with a full size bed and new sliding/locking barndoor. The living room includes a new comfortable queen sleeper sofa (linens in the closet) as well as a new television. We also added new curtains over the blinds on the east facing windows. All beds have new linens and new bed bug free mattress covers.
The kitchen has a full size oven, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee pot, large refrigerator with ice maker, plus everything you'll need to enjoy meals in, make snacks, or warm up your leftovers from any of Galveston's amazing restaurants from cafe’s to upscale dining.
The Victorian complex staff will greet you at the front office upon arrival to verify you are a guest and collect the Facilities Access Fee that they charge all guests on property. This fee is $35 per stay up to 14 days for 2 vehicles or $70 per month. This fee provides you with wristbands that identify you as registered guests on the property, codes to the entry gates both drive through and walk-through, codes to access pools, outdoor restrooms and fitness center. CRUISE PARKING AVAILABLE which is included in your $35 payment at check in for up to 14 days including your stay! Gated parking with 24 hour security
**The pool goes from 0' to 8 feet deep, it's great for children of all ages. One pool is heated seasonally. The pool has nice lounge furniture for your convenience as well as an outdoor shower to rinse sand off when returning from time at the beach. Both hot tubs are directly below the condo.
We are located in the middle of everything! Great walkability and on the Trolley line which picks up in front.
The condo is within walking distance of:
Walmart, Sonic, Rita's Frozen Custard, McDonald's, Popeye's, Kroger, Landry's, Waffle House, Golden Corral, Peking Buffet, Happy Buddha, Doc Holiday's steakhouse, Starbucks, Little Caesars, IHOP, Gypsy Joynt, etc all within walking distance. Within 6 miles there are many yummy restaurants and a variety of bars. The island also has putt putt, bowling, movies etc.
