Enjoy the "SEA BREEZE" - Pet Friendly! 1BR/1BA Overlooking Pool, Sleeps 6.

***Construction is ongoing at the Maravilla. THE ACTUAL UNIT IS NOT UNDER CONSTRUCTION! ***

Come relax as you overlook the pool and green space in this 1 BR/1 BA unit. Tiled balcony with bench and chair seating. Tile floors throughout. A comfortable living area has a large wall-mounted tv, games and a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping needs. Enjoy a bedroom with a great beachy feel. It has a wall-mounted TV, chest of drawers, and master bathroom access. In the bathroom you will enjoy the tiled shower where we provide complimentary soap, shampoo, and conditioner with towel drying racks. You will find a fully equipped stocked kitchen with cookware, blender, and breakfast bar with stools. Twin sized, hallway bunk beds compliment the feel of this open style unit. Sit back, relax, enjoy and take in the scene of Galveston! There may be some variations in furnishings or decor since pictures were taken.

We welcome our guests and work diligently to make your experience memorable. However, we only rent to adults over the age of 25 and families. Photo identification is required. All fees and services may be subject to 15% tax.

Due to the ongoing construction and in the interest of Safety, the Maravilla business office will be located in unit 121. This is where you will need to go to pay your parking.
A parking fee must be paid to Maravilla office upon arrival. The office does not accept cash. Parking Rules and prices are as follows:
1) Parking Rates will be set at $10.00 per car per day PLUS Sales tax
2) Trailers (Motorcycle) will be charged the same rate as cars and are limited to special event weekends such as Biker Rally Weekend. No other time are trailers of any sort allowed to be parked at Maravilla.
3) Per day rates will be capped after $70.00 per 30 day time period, and the per day rate will start over again on the 31st day.

Maravilla is one of only a few "pet friendly" properties in Galveston. Home is dog friendly for up to 2 pets. $100.00 non-refundable fee for the 1st pet and $50 non-refundable fee for the 2nd pet. 25lb limit. No cats allowed. Guest must contact our office prior to arrival to make arrangements for payment of pet fee and/or signature on a pet addendum. We do ask that all property rules regarding pets are strictly followed.

Galveston is an amazing and fun community! There are so many different things to do and see...there truly is something for everyone. Within walking distance you'll find go-carts and miniature golf, fishing and dining at Jimmy's on the Pier, batting cages and our local movie theater. Moody Gardens Golf Course is located nearby, as is the entire Moody Gardens experience and our world-famous waterpark, Schlitterbahn. In town, enjoy one of many fabulous restaurants that offer everything from fine dining to international cuisine to some of the best burgers around. If shopping is your thing, visit The Strand and Post Office where quaint shops and art galleries abound. You won't want to miss Mod Coffeehouse or Hey, Mikey's Ice Cream! The Grand 1894 Opera House offers some of the best entertainment and shows in Texas, featuring headliners from across the country, as well as an historic setting for live theatre. We love our festivals and special events here in Galveston!

We loved that there was a 3ft pool perfect for my younger kids, only wish sleeping arrangements where bigger it shows will fit 6 but not comfortably.

Overall a great stay!

Floors weren’t the cleanest when we got there, but once I cleaned them everything else went great, the space was just perfect for me and my family. My kids enjoyed the smart tv with all the apps on there and the balcony set up was so nice , overall we enjoyed our stay, and hope to be back next year!

The condo was as advertised. It was very clean and came with one set of necessities which was appreciated as we didn’t have to rush to the store for toilet paper or trash bags. Each bed had a set of towel/washcloth which I thought was a cute personalized touch.

Great rental experience. The App was super helpful. All information you needed was there. Nice pet friendly facility with lots of room for dog to run around. Great views from room. Clean and included all linens and kitchen items needed for the stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The condo was such a cute place. Everything was very clean and meet all of our needs. There was construction going on but besides the elevator not working on one side and the other one being very slow, it didn’t effect us at all. The pools were great. We would recommend people we know to stay in this condo.

Hurrican Beryl kncoked out electricity and main pool, but over I'd go again.

It was fine. The property itsself has been in remodel or repair for over a year, but it didn’t affect our stay. Check in was smooth and the place was clean.

Great place for quick family getaway!

My family of four truly enjoyed our mini vacay in Galveston! The condo was compact, but super cute! Great views of the pool and the gulf! The management company was very responsive. They helped within minutes when I couldn’t find the check in code and helped me connect with the Marriott next door for use of the work out facilities (the on site room is under construction). We would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a comfortable spot for a great price!!

3 night stay

We stayed at this condo for 3 nights and check in was very smooth. The location is great. Condo is small, but offered everything we needed as a family of 4. The cleaning of the unit could have been better. And upgrade to pots and pans and a refresh of the patio furniture would be nice. But overall our stay was great. Laundry facilities are just down the hall and take credit card.

Beach getaway

My daughter and I and my small dog enjoyed our stay. The property was a bit difficult for my dog as there were goatherd stickers covering all the dog spaces. It was a bit difficult navigating across sea wall blvd. To go to beach as there is no crosswalk close to the. Condo. There was construction but it didn’t interfere with our stay. The pools were very nice and the dog wash area was very helpful.

Dusty and with a terrible smell of mold

Dusty and with a terrible smell of mold. The elevator doesn't work and we had to pay $133.00 to park on the property. Unfortunately, I can't post the photos here. It's not worth the price charged.

Cute Confo

Building is a bit scary pulling in. We weren’t aware of storm damage and redoing the outside. But the Condo was beautiful as seen on the app. Clean, great location and all though we didn’t use the pools(ocean was amazing) they were clean and well taken care of. The negatives and this is being picky. We came in late no hallway lights. Did not know we had to pay for parking and the pool. No big issues. Staff was friendly And can not wait to return I’d recommend this for anyone awesome location!!
