Pelican Paradise is a cozy Jamaica Beach getaway with it's amazing outdoor pool area and short walk to the beach. It offers 3 bedrooms that sleep 6 comfortably, 1.5 baths, an outdoor shower, and a large fenced yard. Tons of room outside for the kids to play or to jusy hang out! Fishing is fantastic in the area and there’s a community pool and park/playground. Got a boat? There’s a boat dock too. A grocery store, coffee shop, gas station, gym and restaurants are all within a mile, offering all of the amenities you'll need! We know you'll enjoy it!

Located in Galveston’s coveted Jamaica Beach the recently remodeled 3 bedroom and 1.5 bath home is updated with tasteful touches. The house sleeps up to 6 and is perfect for families or couples.

Pelican Paradise has everything you will need to have a relaxing beach vacation. It has a fully equipped kitchen including all the necessities for cooking, morning coffee, etc... as well as outside grilling! There are several outdoor lounging areas on this fully fenced property including an upstairs porch, a cool spot under the home, and a large gazebo next to the pool. There are board games and smart TVs for those unexpected rainy days.

The upstairs/main floor has a gorgeous living room, dining area, kitchen, and a large "master" bedroom with a queen size bed, a large chest of drawers, a smart TV as well as a dedicated workspace (a small desk and chair for those that need to mix work, remote schooling, and vacation), a second bedroom with a double bed and large closet and a full bath.

The strong Wi-Fi of 250+Mbps is enough to attend video conferences while the others are streaming movies and shows.

There is comfy seating in the living room for 7 and a large TV. The dining table has seating for 6 and 2 bar stools along the kitchen counter and a small breakfast area that seats 2 in the mud/laundry room. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessities plus lots of extras; pots, pans, plenty of dishes, utensils, Keurig, toaster, blender, mixer, spices for cooking, and much much more. The laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer, ironing board, and iron as well as a place to hang wet towels/swimsuits and a place for wet sandy shoes when entering the home.

The first floor is separated from the second floor and has a nice-sized 3rd room with a trundle bed set (sleeps 2) an in-room half bath, and its own AC unit!

In addition, there are two outdoor dining tables downstairs, a bench swing, outdoor shower, and a beautiful pool with a box full of pool toys and life jackets. A tiki torch-lined path to the pool and gazebo seating area makes for a beautifully lit evening. A charcoal grill is under the gazebo for your use.

The beach is a short walk away and there are plently of beach toys and balls for you to take to enjoy your day at the Free Jamaica Beach.
