Perfect property, perfect location for the ultimate Galveston small family and couple’s getaway. Completely updated, your beautiful upscale contemporary and private 1-bedroom condo is conveniently located on the 2nd floor with stunning views, near the Pleasure Pier, and a two-minute walk to the beach, and many other popular destinations.

The private entry opens into your vacation home in a very spacious yet cozy atmosphere with accents and décor that will relax your senses with soft beach inspired pastel colors and themes. The seating area allows for both causal conversations and to comfortably watch a movie on the TV. The living room couch pulls out to provide a queen-sized sleeping accommodation if needed. The stocked kitchen features stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, utensils and everything you need to serve up refreshments, snacks, appetizers or make a stovetop home cooked meal. The bathroom features a tiled built-in-shower with a cubby for storage. A private bedroom boasts a comfortable queen-sized bed with amazing views from both windows. Enjoy a restful night sleep so you can be ready for the next adventure or relaxing day you spend on the island.

The “By the Pier House” has a spacious shared porch that offers perfect vantage points overlooking Seawall Boulevard, parades down Rosenberg and sunrises over the Gulf of Mexico. The community back patio offers a spacious covered pergola with a table and seating for causal dinning and relaxing conversations to enjoy the company of friends and family into the evening.

This private condo has a private entrance that is located on the historic Rosenberg Street that connects Galveston’s historic downtown to Seawall Boulevard. It is the first house on the right side of 25th Street / Rosenberg Street leaving the Historic Pleasure Pier and a short walk to the Galveston Duck Tours, many popular restaurants, shops, and attractions in all directions. The Galveston Island Trolley (when it reopens in 2021) has a pickup spot that is on 25th and Seawall which is approximately a 1-minute walk from the front steps of the house.

Good location and cute place to stay before a cruise. Quick Uber ride to the cruise port. The couch was uncomfortable and could be swapped out and the low water pressure was the only feedback we would give. So overall great stay!

The location was amazing. Our condo was great but the outside of the condo was in bad shape. There are no lights by the stairs and you can NOT see at night. The rail was broken on the stairs and I reached for it because it was dark and almost fell. It could use a 2nd entrance. The only entrance was always blocked by the occupants of the first condo as they were outside smoking. Also could add a broom to help clean up the sand. Overall a good place to stay but could use a little upkeep!
Not sure why they painted this on the bench. It makes it uncomfortable.
Broken rail and no lights here. Careful at night. The concrete step will get you.
Location was great! Close to food, fun and the beach.

Fantastic apartment and location.

The property is beautiful. It has great views to the beach and is in an ideal location for access to the beach, Pier fairground and tram transport. Highly recommend! side note: I must apologise. I have made a mistake regarding which apartment I was reviewing. The scores and improvement points that I provided on the previous page were for another apartment we stayed in this during this trip. However, it seems that I cannot go back to rectify this. This property was fantastic and I really hope that my mistake does not affect any scores for this property.

Great stay in a great location.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean and and worked out really well for a boys trip with my son and father. The AC worked really well on those hot Texas days! Also, a great view of the Galveston Pier!

A Great Galveston Getaway

Week in Galveston

It was a pleasant experience, the weather was pretty good. Some construction in the area but not to crazy. Had a relaxing week getting some things done. This is a great location as there is many places to walk to. The rental is very nice , practically brand new and the bed was comfortable. There was a small kitchen area that I didn’t use, it had a electric stove top and plenty of cooking amenities along with a medium size fridge. I can certainly recommend this place, it was a enjoyable experience.
