Featuring a well-equipped kitchen, living room, balcony, one bedroom, one full bathroom, and access to shared amenities such as a hot tub and heated outdoor pool, this condo is all about fun and convenience. Whip up tasty meals in the kitchen equipped with modern, stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and a coffee maker. There's no dining table, but the breakfast bar does an incredible job seating four people.

The living room is quite inviting with a sofa, an armchair, and a flatscreen TV with cable, ideal for movie nights or lazy afternoons at home. The balcony offers partial beach and ocean views and is a great place to unwind with a refreshing natural juice in hand. The main bedroom has direct access to the balcony through glass sliding doors and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV. The full bathroom offers a convenient tub/shower combo.

This convenient condo offers a prime location only half a mile (one block) away from the Galveston Convention Center and directly across from the Seawall. Dining options are endless and we won't judge you if you would rather try some of the delicious local cuisine instead of staying home and cook for the group. Anglers will have a blast at the nearby Galveston's 61st Street Fishing Pier–there you will find fishing rod rentals, bait, and drinks or snacks.

Husband and I's 2nd stay at this condo but have many stays at same complex. Christmas time at this hotel is STUNNNING! So beautiful! Everything about the condo is perfect and we love it and can't wait to come back next Christmas. A second blanket was missing from when we stayed last year and they quickly brought me one. Just an overall beautiful place. You won't be disappointed. Easy access instructions, front door has zero issues with the number padlock, clean, so sunny, covered parking garage, security close by, plenty utensils, toaster, ice maker. I think they painted the balcony and updated the chairs since we stayed 2 yrs ago. The hotel amenities are top notch and best on island, perfect location. You cannot go wrong here. I hate to leave such a great review because the rates will go up soon. It's that nice. You'd pay 300 a night for the hotel. Just go!

The first thing I noticed was that those that worked the valet were extremely hospitable and helpful. I ate at Blakes the food for my daughter and I was delicious! The Sweet was very clean and tidy. The only thing I wished is that they offered more towels that was only one hand towel available. That’s the ONLY thing I could say that was just a slight disappointment, but everything else was perfect! When I called the management with a couple of questions, they were extremely helpful and polite. My daughter uses a wheelchair and everything was fairly easy to come in and out. We’re grateful it was a great experience.

It was great. This unit had beautiful furniture and it was a great stay!I greatly prefer staying at Vacasa properties in the San Luis condos because of the ease of getting access and leaving key fobs when it’s time to leave.

The condo is only in fair condition on the interior. There is black mold in a corner of the bathroom where the shower has leaked into the wall. The curtains in the living area have several hooks missing and will not close and are falling down on each end. The curtains in the bedroom will not close completely either.

Check in was confusing. You need the fob to access the parking garage, the elevator, the pool and the hotel lobby. You have to pick up the fob from the mailroom.The unit needs lots of updates: The curtains that were old and falling down, needing several hooks replaced and resewn into the fabric; none of the outlets would hold a plug in place to charge my phone or iPad; the bathroom drains did not have a stopper, I was afraid I would drop something in the sink or shower; the shower door opened in the back of the tub where the porcelain was sloped, no grab bars and nothing to keep you from slipping; the bathroom linen closet was stuck, I thought it was locked; the bed is VERY hard; toilet paper & paper towels were single ply and cheep; nightly kids movies on the lawn took away from a relaxing glass of wine on the patio with the sound of the beach.

we go all the time to the condo side and love it. booking was easy, communication was good even when we booked and then wanted to add a day. check out is a little too early for us but we are use to the family condo (lol) and normally leave about 3pm. would i stay here again yes and most likely will. parking is great as it’s in the garage (fob is obtained at check in) pool passes are in the room and you will need them for the pool. i would have liked too have a second set of dry towels but everything else was great. ice maker is great too. my two main requirements are a lot of hot water and a good ac and it had both.

Don’t stay here

This place should not be listed. It’s dirty. There are holes all in the walls, no dead bolt which a safety concern as anyone with the code could come in, the bathtub won’t drain, the toilet runs, and they don’t launder the bedding. Stay away!!! We had to leave as we were so uncomfortable. We have asked for a refund and of course the rental company is MIA! Definitely not what it seems.

Cons: Very dirty - sheets were stained so we had to go to Walmart to buy new sheets for the king size bed and the full size couch pull out bed, No blanket for couch bed was provided so we had to buy that as well. Thank God for Walmart. Rug in common area was disgustingly dirty. Holes in the walls, mildew in shower, towel rack falling off wall. Furniture on balcony was rusted and cut my son's foot. Bedroom was incredibly hot even with a/c turned all the way down and curtain closed for the entire stay - 2 nights. Advertised washer/dryer in the unit which was one of the main reasons we chose this unit - no washer/dryer in the unit(unless behind locked doors). San Luis is a beautiful resort but this condo unit was awful. The amount that we spent for 2 nights you would expect so much more than what we got. Greatly disappointed! Pros: View was nice.

Lovely Rental

The condo was lovely! The two balconies gave us a place to retreat for both teens and couple. Kitchen was well appointed, bedding and linens all clean and soft and plenty of them. Excellent view, close to everything and access to all hotel amenities. Would definitely stay again!

Quick Get Away

Love staying at the San Luis Resort as it never disappoints-the condo could have been nicer if it was just cleaner. There was mildew growing in the shower and under the soap dish on the wall. The area rugs were filthy and very stained.- so the dirty bathroom floors weren’t covered. There were no sheets for the fold out sofa. Minimal amount of supplies for cooking but that was fine since I didn’t plant to cook much. Overall a better housecleaning crew would do wonders especially for what I’m sure the owners are paying for them.
