Private: large, beautiful garden 100 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, public parking 100 m on the road. Grocery 1 km, restaurant 800 m, bus stop "Vairano Paese (Linie 330,352)" 230 m, railway station "Cadenazzo Stazione S20" 12 km, sandy beach "Mini-Lido San Nazzaro" 800 m, grass beach "Mini-Lido San Nazzaro" 800 m, thermal baths "Termali & Salini, Locarno", bathing lake "Lago Maggiore" 800 m.
