Spacious and cozy holiday apartment for families, located on line 1 of the beach. It is worth noting its long sunny terrace, with awnings for the summer, with beautiful views of the sea and the pool.

Completely renovated apartment, with air conditioning with individual air conditioning and heating in each room and living / dining room. Kitchen with fully functional and necessary appliances for the day to day of any family. Refrigerator, Microwave, Oven, Freezer, Washing machine, Dishwasher, Dishes/Cutlery, Kitchen utensils, Coffee machine, Toaster, Kettle and Juicer.

It has a spacious Mediterranean-style living room with high-speed and stable WIFI for TELEWORKING and multi-connections. We have large windows that give access to the terrace and provide a lot of light, which makes it a bright and busy room.

The apartment provides you with the textiles you need for your daily stay, so you don't have to worry about extra luggage. There is an iron, a hairdryer and a safe for valuables, among other amenities. The area has a community pool for residents and guests of the building with a trampoline that is entertaining for children and adults. Covered parking with direct access from the building.
