"Impeccable. Top of the top. One of the most fabulous stays I've ever had. I was here solo for business and stayed five days so I had to make use of a lot of their amenities and was constantly calling on the concierge and the front desk. Every staff was so attentive and well trained, amenities were incredible, room was so spacious and beautiful, bedding was comfortable and luxurious, the lobby bar and lounge was breathtaking,,, can't say enough good things about this place. Above all, what really made the difference for me were their staffs. They were there to really help you through every request. THANK YOU! I wish I had your names. "Great hotel in a perfect location. Simple clean and rooms, very comfortable beds. Lots of communal space to work or just hang out, roof top bar, small but functional gym and a washer and dryer on premises. "

"Still thinking about this star property. Absolutely loved this hotel- so clean, quiet, and appreciated the daily sauna and free ramen service in the evening. Was able to communicate with the front desk in English easily, and they helped make our stay comfortable. Also super convenient location- near two major stations and bus stops as well as both 7-11 and CU Mart very close by via walking (if you know, you know)! Quiet and clean spot in Gangnam. They also included daily free coffee downstairs (very good) and appreciated the free umbrellas available for the rainy days. 100% recommend! "
