Horrible hotel
Worst hotel. We were in a 3 bedroom suite - No AC in two of the three rooms. We asked for shower towels as there were no shower towels. They wanted to charge us for towels. No hair dryer. The second room was so small that the bed took up the entire room and you couldn’t walk to the other side of the room. Third room there was no bed but a tiny futon. Worst hotel.

It’s a new property but it’s a bit far from the main Gangneung location. But if you’re looking for a newer building this is it.
