Welcome to the villa St Andrews which is situated on the Golf, 15 minutes from St Emilion. Cosy, warm, contemporary and functional decoration. Belonging to the family Malet Roquefort who passionately manages the famous property Château La Gaffelière, 1st Grand Cru St Emilion, for more than three centuries.

The villa can accommodate from 1 to 6 people (even 7-8 people with sofa bed of 140cm in the living room), The price is fixed during July and August / minimum 4 nights.

Ideal for weekday business stays close to Saint Emilion with a very good internet connection. The Sandwedge room is regularly appreciated by businessmen during their trip thanks to its panoramic view of the golf course - disconnection ensured.

But also highly coveted for family stays or reunions with friends for short or long periods and golfers.

You can find on the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen and a living-dining room opening onto a beautiful terrace and a private pool not heated, wifi, and 3 double bedrooms with individual bathrooms on the 1st floor.

We will be delighted, subject to availability, to offer you a tasting at the prestigious Château La Gaffelière in St Emilion (Visiting hours 10-17h). We thank you for mentioning your availability for tasting when booking the villa.

A fantastic villa with great pool in remote location
The whole process was simple and straightforward. The property was fantastic and I loved the fact the pool was not freezing and private. However, the golf course management did not agree with us going for a walk on the course, even after it had closed. This was a shame as it felt the area was unwelcoming.
