The hotel itself was fine. Although there is very little space for hanging clothes. My issue is AFTER our stay was over. The $100 dollar deposit was never refunded. I now have several small charges on my credit card statement that shouldn't be there because when we checked out, those were paid. Tried to call the hotel. Constant recordings give you the run around. I booked through Travelocity so all I have is an itinerary number. The hotel apparently doesn't recognize that. Since the trip is over, they are no help. So Kingston Savannah...could someone please contact me so we can resolve this?

Front desk staff were very nice and the rooms were clean. Housekeeping tried coming in our room at like 9 in the morning so if you sleep later, make sure you put the do not disturb sign on your door. TV in the room wouldn't allow you to connect to streaming apps so you only had the cable channels available. Geographically, the hotel didn't seem to be in the nicest area but it was a 15 min drive from the airport which was convenient. Overall it was good, it served its purpose of providing a clean place to sleep for a few days that didn't break the bank.

I didn’t personally stay in the room. I booked a trip for my wife and her sister and they stayed at the hotel. They were both amazed with how clean and how nice the staff was.

There was a pair of women’s underwear left in the bathroom. Management came right away and got it and cleaned the bathtub area and was very apologetic. Nice new hotel. Very basic and not in the nicest area, but it served its purpose well for us. Just 10-12 mins to the Waterfront area of Savannah.

The building is good, but they don’t do a good job cleaning - the floors were dirty, stains on the sheets, there was dried urine on the toilet seat and the bowl hadn’t been cleaned. Hall smelled like smoke. Housekeeping didn’t clean toilet or floors or really make the mess. When we told them about the toilet they still didn’t clean it.
