You will love the gorgeous newly renovated interior of this big home! It's close to the beach and bike path, and has a large yard with volleyball, fire pit, large BBQ grill and hot tub. Spacious bedrooms, dining hall, and gathering spaces make it perfect for large gatherings.

Sleeps 40 comfortably (32 in beds, additional 6-8 in futons). Room for more in spacious rooms. Two portable cribs.

Kitchens:
Full size kitchen on the main floor with two fridges, oven, microwave, dishwasher, a bunch of small appliances (3 crock pots, 1 Instapot, 2 waffle makers, 2 deep dish griddles, 2 flat griddles, toaster, toaster oven, Krups coffee maker, juicer). The long dining hall with adjoined tables that fits 20+ is just off this kitchen.
Additional kitchenette in the basement with large fridge, large freezer, oven, dishwasher, sink.

3 Family Rooms, 1 with projector, 1 with 85" large screen TV.
New TV's in every bedroom.
