Brand new, modern property just completed for the 2016 season. Ideally suited for couples or small family. One queen bed, with queen bed sofa pullout and one complete bath. One block for Yellowstone National Park. All Yellowstone activites can be booked or accessed are with in a 3 block radius. Restaurants, fishing, rafting.... we are centrally located for all your Yellowstone adventure needs.

A complimentary bottle of wine awaits you when you make it to the house. Makes a nice end to a long travel day.

As you can see from the many reviews that we provide everything you need for a positive Yellowstone experience. So dont be concerned that there are no reviews..our record is 5 star positive and this property is no exception.

Don't fight the huge bus loads of travelers at the hotels, long check ins, long luggage carry and noise up and down the hotel halls!! Come where you can relax.

Please be aware that the property will be open and cancellation will apply, regardless of whether the park is open. The only instances when that is not the case is if Gardiner is not accessible by Hwy 89 from Livingston and from the park at the same time.

Convenient and comfortable

The rental was nice. Comfortable bed, cozy furniture, clean, and had everything you needed. (Except laundry, (which there was a laundromat within walking distance, just around the corner).Owner is within an hour and available if needed. Restaurants and gift shops all within walking distance. Parking is just out front on a side road (not busy).Propane grill available for use and a small deck in front with view of the mountains. Overall it was a great little place to base out of for experiencing Yellowstone NP and the surrounding areas. Quiet and private.

The property was ready on time and the entry code was accurate and clearly worded in welcome information. Directions were clear and the property was easy to find. There was only 1 extra blanket and a pillow (for the pullout) but no pillow cases or fitted sheet for the pullout couch. The kitchen had all the basics as well as ice trays which was nice. Lastly, the property was accessed by the owner without notice while we were gone which I’ve never experience before. We also couldn’t find the thermostats anywhere to moderate the temperature. Thankfully it was mild weather during our stay.

Nice little gem within walking distance of most everything!

This was a nice stay within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and shops! The bottle of wine upon our arrival was a nice, warm welcome! The bathroom light was burned out and they need some pillow cases for the extra pillows. Other than that, I would definitely stay here again!

Tolle Unterkunft in super Lage

Die Unterkunft ist sehr groß und es ist alles da was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt! Zudem ist die Lage perfekt fĂŒr einen Besuch im Yellowstone Nationalpark. Der Eingang ist gerade einmal 1-2 Minuten entfernt.

We traveled to Gardiner, in order to visit Yellowstone National Park. The property is literally a block from the North entrance, and in a great location to walk into town. The interior decor was very cool, extremely clean and well stocked, including coffee, snacks, and even bear spray. There was also a complimentary bottle of wine for us upon arrival. Communication with Kim was great, and we’d certainly recommend this location to others. A+

Just a few steps to Yellowstone North Entrance. Restaurants within walking distance. Property is as described. Perfect for the two of us. Loved the bottle of wine! Host was easy to communicate with. Cute house, very close to North entrance to Yellowstone.

We really liked the property/small house. 3 small problems—- 1. the house was NOT located at the address provided, but on the adjacent street behind the address I was given. 2. The owner contacted me at least 3 times providing the code to enter the house same each time), but when we arrived the provided code did not work. Took me some time, but I found his co tact number, and he did answer right away, and gave me the right code. 3. The parking space in front of the house (and the street, too) was deeply rutted. I was glad I had a large 4WD vehicle, because may have damaged the undercarriage of a small vehicle. We were about 4 blocks from the park entrance, walking distance the several restaurants. We really liked Wonderland Cafe. Despite the listed problems, I would return here and recommend the property, but for no more than 2 people.

The property was in a perfect location for Yellowstone. The manager immediately responded. The only concern was the enterence to the property was very steep. I use a cane and needed help getting up the unpaved area. There were some rocks to step on to get in but no rail. If you have balance issues or any mobility problem it is difficult to get you and your stuff in

Great spot close to the park entrance!

Beautiful spot for 2 people and only a few minutes from the park entrance! Comfy bed and nice shower. All the things you would need in the kitchen to cook meals. Host was very responsive when we got confused and were trying to enter the wrong house! There are 2 units at 230 and this was the back unit but we should have gone off the picture since that was very helpful. Great stay 10/10 would recommend! Just a heads up for anyone coming to the area for the first time there are no Ubers/lyfts and be careful driving at night lights of wildlife on the roads!
