We arrived 30 minutes before check-in and our room wasn't ready so we came back in a half hour. In that time they had checked someone else into our room. We had booked a king with a mountain view and ended up in a queen with a view of a concrete wall.

Have stayed here several times. Highly recommend the river view rooms 401-409 overlooking the river. Clean. Very comfortable. Great amenities and atmosphere. Perfect location for a day in the park.

We were absolutely pleased with our stay. Kim at the front desk was awesome. Friendly, funny and extra helpful. The room we had was very clean and appeared to be recently updated. The rec room next to the pool was a huge surprise, with x-box's set up, air hockey, pinball and a couple of tv's. In the pool area were a projection screen and tv as well as a huge flat screen. Outside the hot tub area was roomy and enclosed by glass to cut the wind. Overall this hotel gets the highest rating i can give. I don't care that they don't have breakfast. Coffee is a good start.

It was nice having a large TV with movie channels available since we came to watch wildlife during the day. The hot tub was also nice for a relaxing soak after a long day. We also liked the in room mictowave and refrigerator.

The property goes above and beyond to accommodate their guests from a game room with free air hockey, to a nice hot tub experience, free laundry facilities, very pleasant and helpful employees. Also loved how close it was to the Yellowstone NP entrance- less than 5 minutes. Just a really superb place to stay...and we don't feel that way with most accommodations.

Very courteous staff. Complimentary walking stick and binoculars in all rooms are a thoughtful addition. A nice place to stay in Gardiner. My priority was a for a location close to the North entrance where I could enter the park at sunrise for a drive through the Lamar Valley. This was good for that purpose.

The cabins are great. Clean, comfortable and stocked with every you need. The rooftop viewing was fabulous as we watched grizzly bears, elk and antelope all from our rooftop chairs.

Great chill place to sleep before spending the day in Yellowstone. The Mountain View is gorgeous at Sunrise and Sunset. Staff was awesome. Be prepared for stairs. We stayed one night as part of an 8-day road trip, so it was easy for us to just leave the suitcases in the car. Very minor inconvenience, but should be mentioned in case someone reading this struggles with stairs. Oh yeah, and the fridge set to coldest temp will freeze your beer.
