Beautiful lake house
This house exceeded our expectations! Beautiful location and lots of nice amenities like beach towels, life jackets and beach chairs. Property manager Kevin was so thorough and friendly! Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay on Beaver Lake and still explore Eureka Springs.

Great lake house
We had a wonderful stay at this property. Great location, beautiful lake , amazing porch with a huge table to eat outside. The downstairs was the hangout spot for all the kids as was the patios/porches. Very clean and had everything you would need to cook in the kitchen. This was a wonderful place to stay for our family/friends vacation.

Upset over driveway!
The house was lovely for sure but the bathroom toilets and sinks could have been cleaner. Even the kitchen cabinets had serious dust all over them. The non stick pans needed to be replaced; we never let ours get that bad before throwing out. The biggest disappointment was the driveway. The home was photographed well showing only how flat the driveway is at the house. Owner failed to disclose the horrible steep grade leaving the roadway which caused our vehicles to scrub entering and exiting. This driveway was so steep going down that we got out of our cars to look at it before proceeding down it. Better lighting needs to be installed as well. Had we known this, we would not have considered renting this. This driveway is truly in serious need of correction. Shame on the owners for not disclosing this; especially this time of year with snow.

Great getaway!
We were very satisfied with our stay. Internet was spotty at times, but we weren’t dependent on tech for our trip. The house was well taken care of and equipped. Kevin, my contact, was excellent with responding and communication. We would absolutely stay here again!

Loved this house!
The size of the house was perfect, plenty of bathrooms for everyone to be comfortable. The two living areas were amazing. We spent so much time out on the deck with the big table to eat, watch TV, and look at the lake. S’mores on the fire pit were and every night occurrence. The cove was peaceful and scenic. I highly recommend staying here!
