Quality Hotel
Our stay was amazing. Before we chose this hotel, we were skeptical because we saw a lot of negative reviews. I don’t know which hotel those reviews were for but it wasn't this one. Very clean rooms, we had 2 and clean corridors. The staff were very nice and welcoming. I have allergies and for once they did not act up. I would certainly stay here again. Love the accessibility of the hotel too. Lots of restaurants nearby including Whataburger

The room we were assigned was right next to the morning buffett so the noise early in the morning was very disturbing and there were several noisy groups who gathered in the space late at night too. The pillows were terrible; the thermostat was off so we had a hard time controlling the temperature, and the room only had 2 towels total. When I asked for more towels, They were out and I had to wait until the laundry was done. The breakfast buffet was poorly stocked (no milk cartons, only 1 flavor of yogurt). The hotel “store” was also poorly stocked. It was regularly out of bottled water and soda and the snack selection was extremely limited.
