Excellent as always! The food was exceptional and extremely generous portions but also nice and healthy! The most dog friendly place I have ever stayed. It is actually more convenient than being at home with an absolutely beautiful mapped out walk by the lake on the doorstep. Staff are all really helpful and welcoming.

Spa perfection

This Hotel was imaculately clean, beautifully presented; service was exceptional, especially at reception, in the restaurant and at the spa. Having the pool and jacuzzi to myself was perfect.The only downside was that the location is a village called Petersfeld, not Garrel, which is the main town and the name of the surrounding area - this made locating the hotel a little difficult at the end of a hot and tiring day.

A great hotel situated with the added bonus of modern spa facilities. Friendly and helpful staff ensured all queries were handled quickly and effectively. The only downside/negative aspect was the lack of English menu at the restaurant - that may sound rather trivial, but it made ordering an absolute nightmare. The restaurant staff could not speak English either, so we really were ordering food completely blind.... a small detail, but one worth mentioning.

Ganz toller Wellnessbereich mit allem was man braucht von Decken bis Trinkwasser usw. 5 Saunen, 2 Pools, 1 Whirlpool, zahlreiche Liegen, auch separate Ruhezonen. Aufgüsse gab es keine. Ab 15 Uhr keine Kinder. Unser Zimmer war sauber aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war toll und alles war lecker! Das Brot, warmer Kakao, Säfte, Salate, Pancakes, Fisch und auch der Joghurt und Obstsalat. Wir würden wiederkommen!
