The house includes three bedrooms, all air-conditioned for optimal comfort in all seasons:
- Master bedroom with a 160cm double bed
- Second bedroom with two single beds (90cm)
- Third bedroom with two single beds (90cm).
- The living area consists of a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, a cozy living room with a sofa and television, and a small dining table (please note: there is a small table inside for 2 people; a large table for 6 is located outside).
- The entrance hall is completed by a separate toilet, adding a touch of practicality. - Finally, a bathroom with a shower and bathtub

Plus points:
- Outdoor space, the large terrace and the lush garden offer a beautiful, unoverlooked view
- A swimming pool and a jacuzzi area (unheated)
- A gas barbecue for cozy barbecues
- Air conditioning in all bedrooms
- Linens are provided, including sheets and bath towels (not for the pool) at no extra cost

Please note: - The living room only has a small dining table for three people
- Only one bedroom has a double bed, the others have two single beds each
- The pool attendant comes once a week to clean the pool. They do not need to enter the house; they come from outside.

Check-in is from 5 pm to 7 pm, and check-out is no later than 10 am. Please let us know your arrival time in advance; we will come and greet you.

The house is located in Garrigues (81500), between St-Sulpice and Lavaur, about a 10-15 minute drive. Toulouse is 25 minutes away.
