Chesa Bunita Dus is a holiday apartment on the ground floor of a building completed in autumn 2022. It is situated in a quiet and sunny spot just above Gaschurn, at an altitude of around 1,030 metres. The house combines Montafon tradition with contemporary architecture and is the perfect retreat for an exceptionally comfortable and cosy stay.

Everything your heart desires: The non-smoking flat is fully equipped with high-quality furniture, appliances and accessories. It has a living/dining room with kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and WC, and a south-facing loggia with a magnificent view.

A controlled ventilation creates an optimal indoor climate. High-speed fibre optic internet access comes as standard. The barrier-free flats are easily accessible via a lift from the carport parking spaces. Each holiday apartment has a spacious private storage room, which is ideal for sports equipment. There is also a separate hobby and sports room for fun and games.

And all this is included in the price. There are special rates available for long-term stays.

Moderne und hochwertige Wohnung.

Hochwertiger Gesamteindruck. Badezimmer und Küche top ausgestattet. Insgesamt geräumig. Für Computer-affine Menschen besonders geeignet. Mit eigenem Schreibtisch in beiden Schlafzimmern. Steckdosen mehr als ausreichend. WLAN überaus schnell und eigenes Passwort pro Wohnung. Zum Arbeiten also geeignet. Eine weitere Kammer auf dem selben Geschoss, ermöglicht die leeren Koffer und anderes aus dem Weg zu räumen.

Superbe logement

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par les propriétaires qui sont très sympathique, à l'écoute et disponible. Les photos sur le site sont bien la réalité avec des équipements haut de gamme et un confort très appréciable dans la globalité. Un local à ski très pratique, une place de parking à proximité et un petit ascenseur pour les personnes ayant des difficultés à monter un étage. L'insonorisation et la qualité de la literie nous a permis de bien nous reposer après le ski. L'emplacement est au calme à 5 minutes en voiture du parking des télécabines de Gaschurn (Très pratique). Après réflexion je n'ai pas de point négatif, la seule remarque pourrait être l'absence de micro onde alors que la cuisine est superbement équipé en électroménager et vaisselles. Merci encore aux propriétaires qui ont tout fait pour que l'on se sente comme à la maison.
