The villa and pool are beautiful and in a good location. We travelled with our whole family including a 2 year old. A heated pool was crucial for us, and this villa is advertised on Abritel as having a heated swimming pool and jacuzzi. First impressions are very important in a stay like this and we encoutered the following problems:1. The cot we ordered was dumped in the middle of the lounge and was dirty and broken. We had to clean the bedding and reassemble this in one of the bedrooms including a quick fix with rope2. One the curtain poles had come down and was on the floor having broken a light on the way down. This would have been identified if there had been a proper clean/inspection between tenants so it made us uneasy about what else was broken/unclean.3. Maybe most importantly the pool is not heated unless you pay an additional EUR300 per week. This is misrepresented by Abritel as other villas specify additional charges. We paid the fee but of course the first day was written off as the pool was too cold for our two year old. There was also a fault with the heat pump for the final two days, so 3 out of 7. When I asked for refund the owner was unrresponsive and suggested we should pay a fee for moving the cot back to the lounge!The jacuzzi was not heated of course either, and does not work properly. After a couple of minutes use it empties.It is a lovely villa and well equipped, but was selected on the basis of a heated pool for our granddaughter
