Nous avons passé un we à Chartres avec des enfants dans cette maison. Points forts : - Emplacement - Jardin au calme, pas de vis à vis - Séjour + cuisine fonctionnels - Parking, barbecue Points faibles : - Maison inadaptée aux enfants en bas age, beaucoup de marches - Salle de bain : marche dangereuse dans la douche et sanitaires vétustes - Piscine non praticable, à notifier sur l'annonce car déception

Charmante maison très bien agencée et équipée. Jardin très beau et bien entretenu. Un parc d’enfants dans le joli et très calme village complète les atouts.
