Pets should be welcome. I heard several dogs that had to sleep in vehicles in the parking lot. Besides that, our stay was 100 percent pleasant.

Needs updating

Room had a stale smell to it. There were stains on some furnishings. The bed and pillows were not very comfortable. The last night when the air conditioner turned on it had an odor similar to propane. Very concerning.

False advertising

I booked a king suite and when I got there they said they only had a room with 2 queen beds bc they were remodeling the whole first floor! First of all, there is NOTHING on the website that says they’re remodeling. We wouldn’t have picked a hotel going through renovations! Second, all the pictures show new rooms which we certainly did not get. There were ants in the bathroom, there was only a 20” tv, the hallway carpet was filthy, and the entertainment center was all scratched up. Lastly, I’ve never been talked to so condescendingly just bc we booked through a “third party”. They kept saying well there’s nothing we can do bc you booked through a third party. That basically means we only take care of our Holiday Inn members. I have never been treated so disrespectfully.

We arrived a an hour before our check in time and the friendly staff was able to accommodate us which was very helpful so we could get our baby out of her car seat and laid down for a nap after our long car ride. The room was very clean and the breakfast was excellent.
