Overall, the property was good. Communication between the staff at the counter can improve. Especially regarding the parking tenure arrangement. There is always a pleasant way to reaffirm the arrangements made previously, just because those who work on the next shift are not aware of it. The location is convenient walking distance of Parliament Hill.

Very disappointed with my stay here. The lamp had a burnt-looking shade, there was no hairdryer, and part of the ceiling looked burnt or damaged. The bed wasn’t sturdy at all — it tilted whenever you sat on one side, making it feel like you could fall off. During a heat wave, the AC was so weak that the room stayed warm and uncomfortable, which I’ve never experienced in any other hotel. The TV wouldn’t connect via HDMI no matter what I tried, the tables were sticky as if they hadn’t been cleaned in ages, and the pillows felt like the cheapest ones possible. For the price, this place was a huge letdown and I wouldn’t recommend it. It should be 50$ a night at this point.

Je n'ai pas eu la chambre que j'avais rĂ©servĂ©. J'avais rĂ©servĂ© 2 lits queen. J'ai Ă©tĂ© prise pour dormir sur un divan-lit qui n'avait qu'un oreiller et une lĂ©gĂšre couverture. J'ai dĂ» demandĂ© Ă  la femme de chambre, le lendemain, de m'apporter une douillette et des oreillers. J'ai Ă©crit Ă  la propriĂ©tĂ© et je n'ai jamais reçu de rĂ©ponse. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur, alors prĂ©voyez vos bagages en consĂ©quences. Il n'y pas d'air climatisĂ© dans les corridors et ça sent trĂšs mauvais. La chambre Ă©tait trĂšs propre et trĂšs confortable. La douche est trĂšs mal conçue; on reçoit de l'eau dans le visage et dĂšs qu'on ouvre la porte, c'est l'inondation dans la salle de bain. La cuisine est bien, assez fonctionnelle, mais il manque quelques items importants tel que des poĂȘlons, des couteaux coupants, etc. J'ai dĂ» demander du savon Ă  vaisselle et Ă©ponge Ă  la femme de chambre, probablement un oubli lors de la prĂ©paration de la chambre. Le jeune homme Ă  la rĂ©ception Ă  mon arrivĂ©e Ă©tait fort sympathique et la femme de chambre, bien serviable. Excellent rapport qualitĂ© prix, j'y retournerais maintenant que je sais Ă  quoi m'attendre, par contre, j'aurais vraiment voulu que la direction me contacte lorsque j'ai indiquĂ© le problĂšme avec ma rĂ©servation. Je n'ai reçu aucun appel, aucun courriel, aucune accommodation.
