"Beary Cozy" is exactly the way we want you to feel when you stay at our beautiful cabin in the Arts & Crafts District of Gatlinburg. Whether you have come to see Gatlinburg, hike in the mountains, attend a sporting event at Rocky Top or just relax next to the mountains, this is the perfect getaway. We pride ourselves on having a very clean, well equipped cabin with all the amenities from home plus a wonderful layout.

Beary Cozy offers 2 large, Private King Bedrooms. Each bedroom has it’s own Vizio smart TV, full bath and jacuzzi tub on opposite sides of the cabin for privacy. The living room has cathedral ceilings and is very spacious with plenty of room to spread out and relax. In the living room there is a Queen size sleeper sofa, recliner, electric fireplace and a Vizio smartTV. For the kids or kids at heart, there is also a cocktail arcade game that has 60 games including favorites from the 80's like Pacman, Ms. Pacman, Galaga, Frogger and Donkey Kong. The kitchen is the heart of our cozy little cabin with stainless steel appliances, a large island with barstool seating for 4 and is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a meal.

Outside you can enjoy some down time under the covered front porch on our porch swing or kick back in the rockers and relax. Take in a game of Cornhole while you grill out on the gas grill located off the large, flat concrete driveway. Overlooking the large back yard and woods is a screened in porch with table and chairs for 4, plus 2 more rockers to take in all the beauty and sounds of nature. Step onto our back patio and enjoy the night sky while gathering around our warm fire pit table. There is seating for four with a bench and two chairs.

You can take a quick walk to Mills Park and take in the fantastic views of the Smoky Mountains and breathe in the mountain air. There you will find a track, a frisbee golf course, playground, soccer field and a softball field to enjoy some family fun.

Being in a very desired location, Beary Cozy is an easy drive to many popular attractions. It is less than 5 miles to the heart of Gatlinburg where you can enjoy all our local restaurants, many unique shops or just take a stroll along the river. Our local Food City Grocery Store is conveniently located only 2 miles away and Rocky Top Sports World is less than a mile from the cabin. It is also under a 7-mile drive to either Dollywood or the City of Pigeon Forge. Since we are right in the heart of the Arts & Crafts Community, many of the craft stores are only minutes away. The cabin is very easy to access off 321 with no steep mountain roads.

All bed linens and towels are provided. Please come and enjoy the serenity of the Smoky Mountains and make some lasting memories at Beary Cozy.

The Beary cozy cabin was wonderful! It’s beautifully decorated with high quality furnishings and workmanship. It was spotless and smelled so good when we entered the cabin! The location was perfect because you’re in a quiet neighborhood, but can hop on the free trolley close by for a ride into downtown Gatlinburg. You’re also close to many hiking trails in the Smoky Mountains. After hiking 6-10 miles each day we couldn’t wait to get back to the cabin to crash in their comfy sofa and oversized leather chair. Alison was incredibly responsive to any questions we had and she had a book with helpful information on the coffee table. She also let us use her Food City discount card which saved us 10% on groceries.I HIGHLY recommend the Beary Cozy Cabin to anyone who wants to visit the Smoky Mountains.

From the very first email inquiry, it was evident Alison is a caring professional. My husband and I chose this property due to its proximity to Rocky Top Sports World for the weekend while our daughter stayed with her team. We've stayed at many rentals over the years, but this is the absolute cleanest property, by far. There wasn't a speck of dust on any knick knack, cabinets were clean, flatware drawer void of crumbs, didn't have to rewash a single dish! The bathrooms were spotless, literally. The furniture was comfortable - my husband wants a recliner now, lol! The cabin is fully stocked - everything you need for cooking, basic spices, and plenty of supplies for our 2 night stay. We enjoyed the screened-in porch when we returned in the evenings from soccer. It's very private and scenic, loved the rockers and the front porch swing! We hope to be back for the next two years - same tournament and same cabin. Rent today, you will not be disappointed with this lovely cabin and Alison's hospitality!

Nice end of summer getaway

Owners are very informative and respond quickly to any questions. I found out we'd be very late arriving, due to my son's football game schedule. I asked about exterior lighting, as I didn't want to startle any local wildlife when we arrived. Within minutes, I received a response that reassured me that there was a porch light that would be on and motion activated floodlights to illuminate our arrival. We truly enjoyed this beautiful, well kept and clean home. Lovely outdoor spaces. I loved sitting on the porch swing having morning coffee, watching the squirrels and birds. A nice relaxing weekend. I would definitely stay here again.

What a great cabin and accommodations! The little extras like snacks, water, coffee and more that were are provided makes it a 11 out of 10. I spent a lot of time on the large front porch and even got to see “yogi” the bear cross the street and walk down the road. I had an awesome time and would without a doubt stay there again.

Beautiful Cabin!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beary Cozy. Everything was perfect. The cabin was so clean, well organized and nicely decorated. Great washer and dryer to keep up on laundry. We loved going on hikes in the area. We would definitely stay here again!
