Front row seats to the bear show! Relax and unwind staring at the beautiful trees on top of Ski Mountain above Gatlinburg. This condo has 2 bedrooms for 4 people to sleep (1 queen, 2 single beds). The living room and bedrooms each have a TV! You can cook meals in the fully stocked kitchenette. The master bathroom has a shower/tub combo and the 2nd bathroom is a shower stall. The living room has cable and Roku streaming and the bedrooms have Roku only.
You'll be close to the Sugarlands park entrance and have access to pools and hot tubs!
This is a two bedroom condo designed for 4 people to kick back and enjoy the Smokies.
It is located on the 1st of 3 floors.

Adorable condo nestled in the mountains!
We absolutely loved this place! It was so cute with its modern decor. The only downside to this condo is out there was no silverware, so be sure to bring your own.
The drive up and down the mountain is pretty steep so make sure you have a vehicle accordingly in order to do that, and also be sure to drive in low gear.
This place is called the bear show and it definitely did not disappoint. We saw bears about four times. We were never afraid, as the Bears seem to be used to humans. We definitely let them have their space and have us in our space.
We will definitely stay here again. I have already referred friends to this place.

We loved our stay! Bear were plentiful and grandkids first experience seeing them out in the wild. Development as a whole is showing deferred maintenance but our unit was up-to-date and very well maintained. Loved the accessibility of the out door pool. Will definitely consider returning to this property for future stays.
