This one-bedroom, one-bathroom retreat is just steps from the entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and only a 5-minute walk to the Sugarland Trail—perfect for hiking enthusiasts eager to explore the outdoors. You'll also be within easy walking distance of Gatlinburg's top attractions, restaurants, and shops.

The bedroom offers a cozy king-size bed and a private balcony overlooking the outdoor pool. The condo features all-new appliances, a fully equipped kitchen, and a brand-new electric fireplace for year-round comfort. Guests at Oak Square Condos can enjoy a variety of amenities, including two pools (one indoor, one seasonal outdoor), on-site laundry facilities, ice machines, and covered parking. Wi-Fi and cable TV are included for your convenience.

Condo is ok - common areas are old/tired/neglected

This is a 50’s/60’s motel that has been converted into condos.Condo itself was fine - not fancy but clean.Close to the shopping and attractions.Outside areas are old and tired - show their age.Nice pool and it was clean. No spa or hot tub although signage is up indicating there are such amenities.Elevators are very old and very slow.I would probably book a hotel like the Hampton or Fairfield next time - probably more up to date with more amenities and a free breakfast.This place is ok but probably better options close by.

Great location great price

The location was great. On the quilter side of Gatlinburg but so easy to walk to everything and hit the road to hike the Smokies. It was perfectly priced as we just needed the bare necessities to make breakfast and sleep. Would stay here again in a heartbeat

The property was in a great area. However, the internet did not work as it should. The TV in the master bedroom didn’t work. It was replaced the day prior to us leaving. But
.when maintenance came to replace it they somehow messed up the keypad lock and the door was unlocked when we returned. Luckily our stuff was intact. I contacted the property manager because we had to use the “emergency key”. Upon talking I noticed the call was being recorded which was fine. Then I got a text from Cynthia outlining everything we just discussed after we hung up. I assume she was covering her bases but I really was not being difficult about anything I said. They did say they would refund us $50.00 for the inconvenience of the TV. They were very responsive with any problems. It was a cute place, decorated for Christmas. I just think the technical issues need to be addressed. When you rent a place similar to a home it’s because you want the comfort of just relaxing. I am a Master’s student and had assignments due and had to use my hotspot on my phone to submit them. Like I said, minor issues but issues nonetheless.

Beary Convenient Indeed!

Short trip for our wedding anniversary and wanted to stay in town to enjoy ourselves with zero driving. Location was perfect! The unit was clean and very nice. We had everything we needed. Would stay again!

Always love going to Gatlinburg. The condo was nice and comfortable. The cooktop is a little inconvenient. Brought our own omelette pan but it did not work with induction cooktop. Frying pan not good eggs since it is concave and everything goes to the side.

Long weekend

My husband and I have been to the area several times but had never stayed in town. This was the perfect location for us. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle with easy access to hiking trails and a quick walk to many restaurants and shops. Great condo, just as the pictures show and has everything you need. We will be back!!

Great Minni-moon for my and my hubby

We got married and just wanted to get away for the weekend because we are planning a larger honey moon later this year. It was a an amazing olace to stay right off the strip for a great price! You can walt to everything and the room was so cozy. We didnt make it in the indoor pool but i stuck my foot in and it was bath water warm! Great experience for a greta price.
