The Reclusive Moose is the perfect spot to relax during your Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge vacation!

Located in a peaceful park side resort, easy to access this two-story salt box-style cabin overlooking the resort pool and pavilion. Near playground, basketball goal. Recently decorated with new linens, towels, rugs, furniture, dishes, stainless, pots and pans, toaster, curtains, faux wood blinds, Keurig Duo, Ninja blender, Hunter Mason jar lights ceiling fans, and wall art. All new appliances. Exterior freshly stained and new metal roof. Kitchen, dining room, and first floor den open floor plan. Dependable Spectrum WiFi and four TCL ROKU televisions.

Sleep six, two private king size bedrooms (upstairs bedroom has a Romeo and Juliet window 🙂) and a queen sleeper sofa in the gameroom/loft. Two full bathrooms—one two-person shower and one tub/shower combination. Downstairs bathroom commode area equipped with handicap aids. 1000 square feet of living area. Compact washer/dryer. Gas grill. Picnic table that convert to two benches. Gas logs.

Enjoy the predawn and morning sunrise with breakfast on the deck with Mt. LeConte in view, a soak in the relaxing hot tub, or an evening of conversation and privacy on the porch in the swing and rocking chairs. Many popular board and card games for families, pre-teens, teens, and adults in the gameroom/loft, including a two-person Arcade game console.

Just a few miles from downtown Gatlinburg and the Glades Arts and Crafts District!

Pets (limit of 2) are welcome. Pet fee $40 per night.

We had a great stay. The host was easy to contact and very helpful. The property is in excellent condition, comfortable and welcoming. There has been a lot of attention to detail with a nice variety of games, puzzles and books. We enjoyed being able to bring our small dog. You have to walk down a small hill to get to much grass, but not a big deal. Parking is just a few steps from the door making it easy to carry in luggage and bags. The location is very close to Gatlinburg, but on the less crowded side close to a grocery store. My only complaint was that we didn’t stay long enough!

Host was communicative leading up to and during the entire stay. Responded quickly and addressed all my questions. The location itself is great. Not for Mountain View’s if that’s what you want but I wanted convenience and I didn’t want to drive into the mountains every time and still have a cabin. Downtown is a 10 minute drive. The trolley stop is a 20 minute walk if you don’t want to drive. Grocery store, gas station, Starbucks, McDonald’s, liquor store, and the bypass all within 5 minutes. Inside the cabin was cozy but spacious. The upstairs lounge area is big enough for a queen size mattress. All the amenities you need. Clean (a couple of spots that needed attention but the host was very receptive to the feedback). Parking isn’t ample. There are 2 spots that would fit 1 large suv and 1 medium size car. We had a minivan so no issue. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The host is awesome! Enjoyed the cabin! The arcade game was a great topper! Our neighbor smoked and you could smell the smoke inside our cabin. It does get warmer upstairs than downstairs. Overall we were very pleased.

We absolutely loved this cabin! It’s one of the nicest ones we have stayed in. There is a great peace and calm that we found while staying there. It is conveniently located but away from the hustle and bustle. Our little boy loved the upstairs loft area and called it his little living room. We look forward to staying in this cabin next year! It’s definitely a home away from home!

My family really enjoyed this cabin. Really clean. We even got to see a bear as i was trying to back in to the driveway of the cabin. Great location! 4 minutes from a couple of restaurants and 5 minutes from a Food City grocery store. The cabin was very clean. The kitchen had everything you need to make meals if going with a family. My kids enjoyed the games and puzzles in the loft and swimming in the pool just below the cabin balcony. We had multiple bear sightings during our stay and it was amazing!

We had a great stay at the cabin, it was very close to Rocky top sports Arena, where our daughter was playing volleyball, super clean and provided everything we needed during our stay! The host was very accommodating and responsive, and we would highly recommend this cabin!
