We generally stay in other lodgings, but this being a two day trip we opted for a hotel in town. I have to say that this was one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in...no bugs, no stains, smelled clean, plenty of towels, beds were very comfortable, breakfast was standard and staff were very friendly......will stay there again.

Staff was really friendly. Great location, walking distance to everything in downtown Gatlinburg. The room was spacious. Only complaint I have is the tub looked like it had mold around the edges.
