Start your mornings on the covered front porch with a cup of coffee, and unwind in the private hot tub or on the deck with a refreshing drink after a day of exploring the Smoky Mountains. The open-layout interior features a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining table for six, and a living room with a seasonal (Oct 1 - April 1) gas fireplace and smart TV. Both bedrooms, located upstairs, have private en suite bathrooms and smart TVs, and the cottage also offers central heat and air-conditioning, and free WiFi. Experience the best of Gatlinburg from the comfort of this lovely vacation rental.

Great Getaway!

We stayed 3 nights at the Little Bear Cottage for spring break. The cottage was the perfect size for a family of 5. Our kids loved playing in the creek and going in the hot tub. The cabin is close to town, we were able to walk to Ole Red’s with 3 kids. The cabin was clean and the kitchen was well stocked.

Great custom service !! Wonderful cottage , the location was great , just far enough away from town to be quiet but a walkable distance to downtown . The cottage was so cute , comfy beds and furniture and well stocked . We will definitely be staying here in the future .

Very nice and clean when we arrived. It was close to downtown Gatlinburg but far away all the hustle and bustle I will definitely stay there again I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay

Communication with property manager was good, addressed questions quickly. Was close enough to all the things we wanted to do but had enough space to spread out with two teenagers. Hot tub was a big benefit after long days of walking.

Stayed here over Labor Day Weekend. Wonderfully furnished and very clean house. Great Gatlinburg location that’s close to everything but off the main drag. Great communication with the super friendly and helpful property manager. Will definitely stay here again and will recommend to friends!

great getaway!

we had a great time in Gatlinburg with our family of 3 - perfect location & close to the strip, but not too close. also - close to some other great restaurants and things to do. the cabin was super clean & exactly as mentioned online. We had an issue with the hot tub the first night & texted the number and they got back with us right away to help us fix the issue.
